The only reason they get 1 star is bc I can鈥檛 give them 0. They are a bunch of thieves and will always try and get money from you and put you in a corner which you can鈥檛 get out of unless you take legal action.

Keep far away from golan…..me and many friends have had a terrible experience with them……they promise you the world and give nothing….

I have 2 accounts with them, all in all I have 5 lines with them. I'm traveling and it's been 8 days that I don't have a line while abroad. My credit card was not updated, and apparently my ID as well. I called them 25 times (I am not exaggerating, 25 f**** times!!!), I've spent maybe 6 hours on the phone with them while being on a business trip abroad, it costs me a fortune each time.

Still, after 8 days, I do not have a line that's working, which is science fiction, we're in 2020, it's sick. I really do not recommend them, it's been a nightmare.

Golan is the worst telephone company in all of Israel. it does not even deserve one star. I had the worst time with them for the past year. they have the worst customer service imaginable. it is hard to get through to the manager and to log into your account. every month there is a new issue and they charge more money and you spend hours on the phone and in person trying to fix your phone. completely not worth your time. go to another phone company.

It is impossible to get a hold of them.
I have been trying to reach them by phone *0058 for a week! Previously I have asked for a call back 3 times and guess what? Nobody called me. I have trying to get a hold of them waiting on the line. After 35 minutes, the call simply dropped. What kind of customer service is this?

No problem with the phone as long, but really bad customer service. I left Israel on May 30th and went to Egypt, not knowing that Israel's website were blocked in Egypt. Therefore I could not reach Golan Telecom to cancel my account, after Egypt we went to Malaysia, and Israel's website are blocked in Malaysia as well. Therefore I paid for 3 months without using the service. I thought they would understand the situation and refund me since they can see that I did not use the phone since May 30th. After explaining that it was impossible for me to reach them and disconnect the line they say they understand but it's their money and they keep it.

Golan Telecom is excellent, great service, cheap prices and great customer service. I recommend it

Golan Telecom is by far the best mobile company in Israel, I have always gotten the best deals and the best service.
After a lot of bad experiences with companies such as Orange, Pelephone and Cellcom, Golan just came to offer the best deals and the best customer service.
