I ordered a go kart and a motorcycle on 10/25 and they said the Go Kart was backordered until November 9-13th. I got the motorcycle but need the Go Kart for Christmas. They confirmed on 12/1 that I had nothing to worry about and it would be here before Christmas. There text updates are terrible. You sit on hold for terribly long times. When I finally got a hold of someone, they had no idea that I received the motorcycle and no idea why my order hadn't been shipped. They said they had just received the Go Kart I ordered, but 2 days later and still no update, no shipping confirmation. Here is 7 days before Christmas, I have no answers. Ridiculous! Buy somewhere else. Update; 3 days before Christmas, still no update, starting the charge back process through Paypal. They are the worst company I have ever done business with. Don't torture yourself, go somewhere else. Make sure you do a charge back on your credit card or dispute through PayPal. It hurts their rating and they deserve to lose the ability to charge people. Updated 1/7/21, finally got my refund through a paypal claim. I've had no communication from Go Karts USA since prior to Christmas. Stay away from them!

We ordered a mid size go kart for our kids for Christmas 6-7 weeks before Christmas. We were given a shipping date with December 11th being the latest. It's been sitting at the warehouse "ready to ship" for weeks. They will not give us any details on it. They won't even allow us to go pick it up! It's hard to get ahold of anyone and if u do they are all young and offer no details or knowledge of anything! We have been back and forth for weeks and we're offered no reimbursements etc. We are canceling our order and going to a local dealership. I would literally NEVER recommend them.

I placed an order three months ago. I have sent about 6 emails and called no one will talk to me. Don't order from this company now I need to see about disputing the charges. Wish they had a tab for no stars they most certainly do not deserve it

Be aware of this company – they have the worst service and communication. I ordered a part that was "in-stock" but it took weeks of follow-up to get it shipped and then found out they had swapped it for a cheaper product (as the product wasn't in stock) but that doesn't even fit. To top it all off they want a re-stocking fee to return it, even though THEY got it wrong. Customer services won't even reply to most messages or provide a number to call. I certainly won't be shopping here again. My recommendation is to buy elsewhere.

I bought 2 tires from this company. I realized that I ordered the wrong size.
I asked if I could return them and they said no.
They said they don't take returns on factory direct orders.
I ordered from and paid them, I had no idea that it was a factory direct order.
When I asked what I was supposed to do, he said sell them on eBay.
I have spent a chunk of money with this company recently. I promise they will not see another dime from me.

I placed an order on July 9th. They charged my card the full $1200 the next day. According to their website and customer service recorded phone line, the average delivery time is 5-7 days. It does state on the homepage of the site that they are experiencing delays due to high demand. This is completely understandable so I waited 2 weeks (double the normal delivery time) for them to ship my order. Still nothing. I tried emailing, texting, live chatting and calling and could not reach a human. The emails and texts don't receive a response, the live chat is automated, highlights key words from your messages and replies with generic answers that may or may not apply to your questions. The phone number is even more of a joke. It's also automated and sends you in circles. I also went on to their site to request a callback 4 days ago. Still nothing. I get the production and shipment delays during COVID but an update and a reply is expected. I can't even cancel my order because their systems are a joke. Now I have to dispute it on my credit card. I'd say they have the worst customer service but they don't have any service at all.

From the very beginning after purchase of my mini bike, these guys could not be contacted. they don't answer the phone, I left messages and never got a response back. Emails, text messages, online chat ( is a Joke) it's all just a computer and the biggest rip off is the mini bike didn't even come from them. it came from a different company and when I check them out they would have sent it free shipping. Go karts USA charge me $180 dollars in shipping. long story short, look around you will find a better deal and a company that you can communicate with. These guys suck!!!!

Ordered parts, witch was a front shock and ball joint arm. Parts came and they were the wrong ones. so i emailed them they told me no returns on factory parts so i looked at other parts most parts are factory parts so watch out. they just ripped me off now i have parts that are useless to me and im out 200$ terrible business and website, stay away, this website it is no good.

Waited over two weeks and they never fulfilled the order. Tried the text message service, didn't work. Online chat, good luck waiting in the queue. Phone call…. no. Finally after an email to just cancel my order, I get a single word response, "Done".

3 weeks to ship my order that was listed as "in stock". The parts I finally received were a mix of good parts and junk. The instructions that were available for download are vague and/or copies of photocopies and the photos are so distorted they're useless.
Customer service is horrible with no phone conversation available, only a help request that usually takes several days to get a one line response.
What should have been an exciting time for youngest was just a disappointment. Had to order other parts due to the a few parts we received were inoperable as they weren't threaded at the factory or were just rusty junk out of the box.
Ordering here and spending over a thousand dollars on a mini bike kit was my mistake, dont make it yours.

So many frustrations. We ordered this mostly assembled and paid the extra $100 dollars. When it came it was in the original crate and we had to do everything! There is no phone number to reach out to talk to. There were no directions on assembly. There were broken parts. Very disappointed.

If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They respond before you send your money, once they have it, nothing. No product, no response, no update or tracking info….NOTHING. We purchased 2 UTVs for our business and sent them over $8600. Avoid this company at all cost! Go somewhere reputable, this place is not!

Go cart came to me "mostly assembled"… It came to me with an engine on a frame and wires ran, thats about it. The shocks were off, bolts for shocks were missing, my gas line had a slice in it, and the motor was not running correctly (flooding). I gave the company a chance by emailing them on 6/9/20 to address these issues but never responded. I have addressed all my issues and the go cart is currently running just fine its a nice machine but be warned after you hit buy you are on your own

Customer service is non existent.
Stock issues meant a refund was eventually issued after I asked for shipping confirmation several times over 3 week period. The one item that was shipped included the MCO in the crate but it was not filled out and caused delays with getting it titled.

I have not received my refund from my first order that I cancelled and I reordered and they billed my credit card again but have not shipped yet. Not happy at all so I have 2 credit cards billed and no product and no refund for the first cancelled shipment.

Ordered a go cart on 5/17, a guy called the next day and said the color I wanted was backordered till 6/9. Well 6/9 came and went, no contact from the company whatsoever and I've texted their customer service number 3 days in a row and no response. I now have very disappointed children and a transaction through Affirm that I have to figure out how to cancel. Thanks for nothing.

I have emailed, called, tried texting…nothing!! When I did get a response, it would be a rude 2 word reply without any helpful information. AVOID this company! Order from someone who cares about their customers and doesn't lie about shipment and delivery dates. I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER PLACED ON 5/24!! I never leave reviews, but this was by far the most disappointing experience with customer service. Plans are now ruined because of gokartsusa.com

The purchase order was easy. I carried an email confirmation for a number of days. I found another item online and canceled my item on backorder. They won't let me order anything else for a year.
