The service Go Kart give customers is brilliant! I broke my drive shaft (stupidly taking a short cut off the course). After speaking to them they told me how to dismantle it and shipped the part to me next day. No charge for parts or shipping. My Go Kart is 5 years old!! I will certainly replace it with another if it 鈥淒ies鈥?!

Order for a new lithium battery model placed in early August – the product eventually turned up today!!! No updates from Go Kart. When they were pursued re this customer service was shocking, rude on one occasion and they clearly had no idea as to what was causing the delay and when it would be resolved. I should have cancelled my order. Product when it did materialise was poorly packaged, and no gesture to apologise for the excessive delay or poor treatment over the previous weeks was with it which I think is rubbish – a voucher to spend in store would cost them nothing but no, this is the level of quality you get with this lot. Never again.

Swapped over to this kind of trolley about 12 months ago. Got the Mk2 basic model. Absolutely fantastic, easy to operate, put up and down, Store, fit in car, clean. After sales is 2nd to non, battery played up and I had a new one the next day. I can also vouch for the fact that if it getS hit full on by a golf buggy going at a fare pace it does not smash to pieces. It happened to me and if it wasn鈥檛 for the sturdiness and quality build of the trolley I would probably have at least 2 broken legs and worse, as it is I came away with a couple of cuts and bruises and broken trolley wheels, which golf cart had In the post to me and with me in 24hrs. What more can you ask for…. I won鈥檛 be using them for a while till I heal up a bit but the speed of delivery is very much appreciate. Don鈥檛 hesitate to buy this type of trolley it really is the business. Thank you Go Kart 馃槉馃弻锔忊€嶁檧锔?

I have been a customer for 10 yrs and every time I deal with the guys at Go Kart they surpass my expectations. Getting the little things right and then giving great service on the core products. You would be insane not to buy your golf trolley from this company…..

I have had a Mk 1 automatic GoKart since 2012, I use it for 18 holes twice a week on a reasonably flat course.
A great product and the best customer service imaginable. About a year after purchase the microswitch on the auto handle failed. After contacting GoKart to establish my basic fault finding was correct they arranged a courier pickup and even gave me a trolley on loan while mine was fixed !
Repair was done under warranty in a couple of days.
Over the next few years I have had to order a few spares due to wear and tear, a front wheel bearing kit, a replacement charger, and a bag strap plus a separately sourced battery replacement.
A couple of months ago I burnt out the controller board by leaving the trolley engaged while up against a wall. Due to covid shutdown I had to wait a few weeks to get a repair. A 拢99 full service covers everything and comes with another warranty.
It was delivered today exactly one week after pickup.
Without doubt the best customer service I have ever received. and in my opinion a better trolley than the S3 Motocaddy I have been using for the past few weeks

Apart from acknowledging my order on 11/07/20, telling me that it would be 28 days until delivery (after I ordered mind – not before) because of Covid 19 I haven't had a peep out of them. Website suggests they are so inundated with orders that perhaps i should relieve their burden by asking for my money back. I have already notified GoKart about this. I shall revert, to set the record straight, if there is a happy ending to this (non) saga.

Probably Good for the price. I gave the automatic version. To be honest I never really mastered it. I play on a hilly course if that has any bearing on it. Too often it wants to run away and pulling it back on s regular basis makes my arms ache, especially now I have got a little arthritis. I asked GoKart about changing it to a manual model but thought the cost was too much. I am going to eBay it and get a more upmarket model.

I鈥檝e had my Go Kart for years and it鈥檚 robust, very different, smart and reliable. The team offer great, good humoured and helpful customer service. Very efficient. Always a pleasure to deal with them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the trollies.
(Unfortunately I couldn鈥檛 say the same about the golf bags tho. I鈥檝e had two and they frustratingly don鈥檛 last. Luckily I can sew, which I鈥檝e had to do may times. They just seem to come apart especially the zips and zip tags and some of the stitching. I wouldn鈥檛 buy the bags again.)

Great product. Lightweight but very robust, by far the best trolley I've had and the after sales service is simply brilliant. Just had my (abused) trolley in for a service. Got it back one week later as good as new, with a few new parts. Gokart also very responsive re providing spares and advice as required.
Top class company.

Had my Trolley for 5 years now, 2 years back need a service as it was running a little slow, they turned the trolley around in 5 days, service price was VERY reasonable price, they added new parts including a bag strap and score card holder that I had lost, the trolley looked almost new and was working brilliantly. Some months later I rang up for a battery connector which they sent free of charge as part of the 2 year extra guarantee added because of the service done. The trolley is on the whole is very tough and reliable, more so then the more expensive models some of my friends own (considering how much some of them complain), very easy to lift and folds small so easy to get in the boot of the car, I love it and would not buy another brand of trolley, not just because it鈥檚 a great product but because of the impressive customer service, I am sure others will have said these guys go the extra mile, well they absolutely do. My trolley and Battery are still going and it鈥檚 been 5 years, I think that says it all.

Excellent product, superb performance and prompt delivery.

Had my trolley for seven years. Over time I've had it serviced, replaced the wheel bearings a few times and the battery. The service from them has never been short of totally excellent, they really are brilliant. Earlier this week I contacted them as my matching bag had a broken zip (only a year old) – no argument, no problem, new bag on its' way – awesome. As for the trolley itself, still going strong, never had a seconds trouble with it.

Have had my Go Kart five years now, and am considering buying their new model. Has been totally reliable and when it has needed servicing, usually due to my own carelessness, I have taken it into their workshop near Canterbury and they have always sorted everything out quickly for me, often at little or no cost. When a full service is done, the charge is very reasonable.

Can really recommend this small company for not just an excellent product but superb customer service. They really go the extra mile to help. Well done guys – and gals!

Over time I have purchased 4 GoKart trollies (one each for my wife and I for our homes in the UK and we are extremely lucky to also have a home abroad in Portugal). Never had any reason to contact them previously and trollies have all worked well and reliably. Recently one of the batteries for our Portuguese based trollies ran out of juice despite only being used for a short while and they have helped resolve to my satisfaction – definitely will continue to use their services

Just had my trolley back from its two year service. Fabulous after care from Go Kart. Picked up and delivered back as promised. Looks as good as new with many new parts, such as bag straps etc, that weren't really that worn, fitted as part of the service cost. They even re-fitted my seat! Brilliant service. Highly recommend these trolleys.

I have had my GoKart golf trolley for years now and have been very happy with it. Have recently had to contact the company for some replacement parts and the customer service was amazing. I bought my partner a trolley at the same time I purchased mine (2012) and he is even still using the same battery.

why the hell are all companies not like Go Kart. Absolute brill to deal with.

Not offen, but once in a while a shop brings it all together.
