Please stop [email protected] service the are giving advertisement in social media to scam poor people money. I was trying to contact them last 5 months no answer. And while texting in social media they are pushing a days, like please wait for 7-10 days after that. Again one text sorry we apologized refund fail. I wish some one take them to court not only owner with the staff.

Really disappointed with such type of pathetic service by goibibo.
when we reached to the hotel we found that hotel is closed. we enquired from neighboring hotels and we found that hotel is closed for last 1-2 months.
Goibibo has literally no control over their hotelier. Even after paying the amount well in advance goibibo is not able to give basic service to their customer.
Now it's been 10 days I'm asking for refund but I have not received any updates.
it's been a disappointment of extreme level when we get such a pathetic service.I would prefer Airbnb or any other over goibibo

Pls beware about this service from goibibo. Also the support service from goibibo is very bad. Specially on weekends I had to wait 30-40 mins to talk to thier executive. And I've been doing this for last 10 day's and I've not yet received my refund.
Beware. There are many better agents who can offer very good service.
