Worst service ever, called n number of times, everytime call got disconnected in between.Booked a flight from Delhi to Philippines which got cancelled bue to Covid-19 . I am chasing for refund from last 2 months. Only single time i received a response form them, but now unable to contact them

Very dissatisfied by your phone sales team. I had the ticket in my cart and had a query so I called customer care. The agent sent my call to sales team. The sales guy quoted a price that was much higher than that on the website. So I told him that I'll buy from the website. On the background I heard another agent say in hindi… 'sari block kar de, nahi le payge ga' (block all remaining tickets, he wont be able to buy from the website). While the ticket was in my cart, it got removed and the agent said, i can sell it to you at the higher price that was about Rs10,000 ($150) more than the web price. I said no. After that I called customer care and was told that 3 tickets were blocked in my name. As a result I could not buy from goibibo.
Seems like the phone sales agents block all tickets so the customer is not able to buy anything and they get their cut.
After this tactic, the ticket was not even searchable on the website

I have booked two bus tickets from goibibo from Pune to Hyderabad (05-02-2019) and my bus timing was 8:45 pm from Satnam Travels, but when I called Satnam Travels after reaching the pickup point and to my astonisment they said the bus was cancelled and I can talk to goibibo regarding that and hung up, when I called goibibo they said they cannot do anything about it and will not arrange any alternative travel, and while hanging up the agent on the phone said that he will "try" to get me refund, completely unacceptable behaviour with these apps, I have recent bad experience with yatra.com as well , because of there software glich they held me liable to looted money from me , same is happening with goibibo as well, hope people read these reviews and be very careful and vigilant of these looting apps.

Hi, On January 17th I have a booked a air ticket via mobile application. I have chosen flight for 7:10 PM but after booking it, but its booked to 7:25 AM. I was cross verified in each and every step before submitting but its went wrong. Raised a request with Goibibo customer care but they were not providing any proof for wrong date booking on top of it they are asking a screen shot from mobile app for entire transaction, I am sure no body will capture a screen shot for entire transaction which is done through mobile application. Goibibo also cheating people by not providing any senior citizen discounts on their mobile or web application but they are availing. My humble request please do not go with GOIBIBO in trap of little discount biscuits. They are truly cheaters and not accepting their mistakes.
