Keep up the good work

Really bad customer service up charge me without notice. Didn't add my son who was the the whole reason why I got this insurance, I got quoted for three called Brian and told him what was going on yet all he could say was " what you want me to do? So I reported him , and then got a phone call telling me they heard the conversation between me and Brian Lucas yet nothing was done ( put a complaint against him) now it seen yell charging me $1100 for the month yet ( including all of the policies) wich I asked for three not 6 and the other three didn't even know I had them . So thanks to Brian Lucas and the person that took my application for taking my money all this time yet not even a letter e mail , phone call as to why you are over charging .
And by the way my customer number hardly anyone knows it .
Don't recommend this insurance, if you must got to, stay away from the brooker brian Lucas , once you sing he doesn't care ( but again don't think any Brooker do)

The guy gave me wrong information about the doctors that should be in the plan.

It took about 1 hour and 40 minutes on the phone, but had great results.

Worst. She didnt explain the next step, got my date of birth wrong, didnt sign us up for dental or vision. They put my start date a month later than I asked which means we would go a month with no insurance. I call back and they say they can't fix it. Absurd. Do not use them.

I just know what I see an steal don鈥檛 understand.What to believe is the truth as to what is right. I feel sometimes let down by the government. An I do know people are dying for this very , very bad virus. An most people around were I live , feelings are the same. I do pray no one I know have anyone die in family or of this virus! ! Thank All the front line workers Police , Fire , Nurses.amen to God is good. An that is all I have say about that .Oh I am a Afraid!

Amazing customer service and explained things very Thoroughly. Easy to understand and great information. I highly suggest that anybody that has questions to contact the individual that gave me information.

My agent Mitch, didn't give up on me. I was so unsure, afraid to make any changes to my Health insurance. I'll be saving $30 a month, and getting better coverage.

We needed to find out how my sister in laws ins was changed in 2018, 2019 where she now has copays, deductibles. With the knowledge of Mr. James we got it all figured out after 5 months. And hubdreds of phone calls. Michelle Rollins

Slow on getting back, but otherwise perfect

While the price is still very high being private health insurance, it was less than I was quoted elsewhere. My Benefits Consultant Elisa Pacheco Arroyo was wonderful. Answered my numerous questions, and was prompt to reply or call me when I needed it. She helped me adjust my plan to get it to fit my needs and my budget concerns.

Justin did an excellent job taking the time to help me find the right health insurance plan for me. He was very courteous, respectful, patient and knowledgeable.

Kenny Davis helped me to understand what this was all about
