Purchased a Teddy Coat size 12-14
Coat arrived very large and had an XL label. Complained it was the wrong yo gogroopie who put me in contact with the seller.
Seller are based in China!
Said they had converted size to english and it was a size 12-14
It fits someone who is a size 18 so obviously not.
Said to offer a refund I would need to return coat to china and pay the postage which would probably be what coat is worth.
Left with a coat I cannot wear!

Avoid any dealings with this company. There are hidden costs, undisclosed and complex steps that need to be taken in order to actually obtain delivery of the "bargain" they mislead you into thinking you've purchased. They have changed the name they do business under in the past to avoid having to carry out obligations and good luck to anyone who believes their "customer service" department will provide any service at all. "Customer deception & responsibility avoidance" department is a more accurate description for the department. These people are bad news and should not be allowed to continue to operate in the UK.

I bought an item in November which was very poor quality and not fit for purpose. The return process was horrendous. I was eventually promised a refund 3 weeks ago but haven't received a penny. Avoid this company!

Gogroopie, Got to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. I returned a dash cam the day after I received it as it was not as described it was supplied by a company named Hirix International Ltd. Emailed Gogroopie to say it had been returned to Hirix and they( Gogroopie) repeatedly ignored my emails. Looked up details of the company Hirix and found it was a one man band with assets of 拢5000!
Both companies have terrible reviews and I will pursue them via PayPal to try and get my money back. They should not be trading!

I made an order for some items early September, to this date I have not received anything. I have been in contact with the agents who despatch items to say they have not received the voucher and that they will refund me. A week later no refund, I made contact with the agents again and they sent me contact for gogroupie support. I emailed them with a reply that the emails are not responded to and to go to the gogroupie website to make contact.
I went to the website there are drop down questions, click on one and then go to next which asks for voucher number, sadly after numerous attempts it will not let you input the voucher details thus you can progress anything.
I contacted the agents again and they have emailed gogroupie to ask them to refund the amount, as yet nothing.
Not a good advert for gogroupie, I will never order anything from them again.

Never buying from here again still waiting on purchase from August and no contact whatsoever each time I put my email in they are saying not recognised even though they send me emails 鈥峎hen you phone them they just come up with go to www.Blah blah No help to costumers whatsoever

My friend ordered several items but didn't realise that she had to go through her emails validate voucher, they took the money and when nothing arrived she tried to cancel and get her money back, low and behold there is only a 14 day cancellation period so they keep the money but don't send out the product. You can't speak to anyone by phone. Each voucher has to be addressed separately with imputing details of your account and email address even though you are already logged into your account.
When we tried to order three face masks you have to pay postage for each mask even though it is from the same company and in some cases even two of the same. You end up with three emails, have to put payment details in for every individual purchase. There is no shopping cart with it all in so you can pay at the end, it's a total nightmare.
Would never recommend them and anyone wanting to use gogroupie, beware!

Ordered two plants 4' to 5' high. Problems started with the voucher arrangement. Tied to contact GoGroopie and/or supplier to discuss. No chance. Eventually ONLY ONE plant arrived and this was just over 2 feet tall. I now have to go through the process of claiming my costs back (will I get the postage). Currently 拢47 out of pocket. I am just out of hospital after major surgery and just wanted to do a bit of gentle gardening. BE WARNED – AVOID GoGroopie and it's numerous associated companies LIKE THE PLAGUE. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.

Goods not delivered. Cannot contact groupie other than by letter or a contact form. No reply to 3 forms. Cannot contact the seller directly. Fraud comes to mind. Trading Standards next port of call

Absolutely terrible. 18 months to get an iPad returned and still no further with getting it fixed or refunded. The merchant doesn't respond and GoGroopie customer service don't contact the merchant either. They just let the time lapse until they say it's beyond the time limit for refunds so they can't help you. So I've got two faulty iPads that have never worked and no repair or refund. Shocking customer service. Have never even tried to get it sorted. It's just theft and breach of agreement. Much better experiences with Wowcher and Groupon so I would use those two.

In April we bought a voucher forb12 bottles of wine. These should have been delivered by 24th April. When they didn't arrive gogroopie facilitated my communicating with the supplier direct. I received no response, supplier has now disappeared and gogroopiehave ignored my emails. I can't afford to lose 拢50. I will never use this company again

Bought 2 pillows advertised as 'hotel quality' rrp 拢59.99. Paid 拢7.99 + 拢4.99 postage. Not even worth that. Filling sparse and uneven. Should have read gogroupie reviews first. Should have known better.

Lovely emails with tons of colourful offers. I thought, oh, why not, I'll order a set of grout pens I have use for for 拢3.99 (+拢2.99 P&P) got prompt confirmation email, I redeemed voucher with merchant, then I got confirmation of that and now it's 6 weeks later and I have received nothing, not even a reply to my 2 emails via their "contact us" platform.
Appalling. Glad I didn't order anything more expensive. Totally untrustworthy.

I ordered some soap in March and it never arrived, it's now June 18th. They lie through their teeth and are seriously dishonest. I can only conclude this is a scam, they took my money and did not deliver. Avoid like the plague is my recommendation

I ordered an item off this site on the 4th April. Paid for it and the voucher for delivery. It said to allow up to 5 working days. It still hadn't arrived by the 25th April.
I wrote to cancel.
They said that I couldn't because it was on its way, and to return it with the courer.
I did that and even after several complaints, I still haven't been reinbursed, even by todays date the 9th June.
I didn't even want to give them 1 star.

Sold items by one of there online suppliers was unsatisfied the supplier refunded the money to go Groupue to return to me the NEVER have returned my money but kept it gave emailed so many times I have forgotten how many to get an answer NEVER respond or answer telephone. About to try Trading Standards with their help given but still don't expect a response. Absolutely disgusted within practice and disgraceful disregard for customer "peace of mind"

Placed an order ages ago for face masks. Paid and then heard nothing. Keep emailing, no reply. Have run out of patience today and asked for a refund, but as you can't get to speak to anyone and there is no answer to any emails, I won't hold my breath!! Waste of time completely, buy elsewhere and save yourself weeks and weeks of hassle!

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered two super bouncy wobble balls. Only one arrived in a clear package with no name or instructions. It has proved impossible to reach customer services to get a refund or to have my order completed. Worst on line shopping experience ever!!

only one arrived, I have emailed them several times no lights yet, very bad service. Do not use gogroupie
