After reading negative reviews I was hesitating to order from them, but I really needed the product + it was on sale so I took a chance and I am SO HAPPY I did!!! I placed an order yesterday and today UPS delivered it at my door, how great is that?? The boxes I ordered are MUCH BETTER than pictures show ( they are stunning vivid red, not pale red like on their website), and the quality is GREAT!!! I am highly satisfied customer and I absolutely recommend this company.

Unlike the other reviewers, i did receive items… they were the WRONG items however. I've tried calling (their number seems to be out of order); emailed (no reply); chat (no reply)…. I'll be opening a dispute with through my credit card company to have this resolved. I would suggest finding a different source before ordering….

UPDATE:
Since posting this review, i received a reply from GoGoPak. They state that they "no longer" carry the item i purchased, and that their supplier made changes to the design… SO THEY SHIPPED what the WANTED to ship, not what I ordered.

AVOID this COMPANY.

Customers beware! Stay far from GoGoPak.They cheat customers!
More than 1 month since i place my order.
I received from them few messages that they have some significant delays.
They never send to me my order.

Have tried several times to place an order. Called about 10:15 am their time on a Tuesday and pressed the extension to place an order. Got voice mail. Left message that we'd like to place an order, plus we left our return number twice.

Called back and tried the extension for "all other questions", and still got voice mail. Left the same message requesting a call back as we wanted to place an order. Left our call back number twice.

20 minutes later we tried calling again, again no human simply voice mail.

So we went to the site, which claims you can press the "red button" for chat help. There was no red button anywhere. Mind you this was during normal business hours on a Tuesday. It was not a holiday.

The site lists an email address for customer service. We emailed and requested someone give us a call because we wanted to place an order.

We never did hear from GoGoPak.

We did try ordering via their website once and this did not work so well for us, so we preferred to call.

We never did hear back from GoGoPak. After searching the internet we found the same product and ordered from Packaging Source instead. One phone call, they came to the phone right away, took our order and the package was shipped the next day. It took less than five minutes, and took only one call.

If you don't take care of your customers, somebody else will.
