I gave them my exact street address and city for the pickup. They sent a driver to a
duplicate street address in the wrong city then billed me for the driver's lost time. This
was the second time they've misdirected a driver. They also add a significant
surcharge to your bill.

I can live with an occasional error, but their refusal to acknowledge it is unacceptable.
