False advertising When I asked to return they wont even talk to me. Do not trust them. Advertised a Hydraulic Jack and they send me an empty box.

The advertisement was for a 12 inch 25cc gas chain saw. What got delivered was a chain with two handles. Total scammers. PayPal got involved and was offered a full refund if I returned the product back to China and I had to pay for postage. Felt let down by PayPal as well because they could see that I was mis informed by the description. Funny that I can't find the advert any more. Been removed for some reason.

Advertised as being a 2 stroke 25cc chainsaw that i purchased, but received a chain saw blade with handles on each end… do not buy from this site unless you want to be scammed and ripped off…

They said that they did shipped my order and it's been months and I don't received anything I've been trying to contact them by email and they send me a tracking number which already expired so I don't have a clew about my package or about my money Either I asked them that I want my money back and no one answered

Saw offer on Facebook and felt safe that it should be a genuine and serious company. The shipping time was longer than stipulated and I received a cheap and nasty watch which after one day stopped working. After complaining to them they offered from a A$54 purchase A$7 as "refund". All communication was useless and in the end they threatened me that if I report it to PayPal they would not refund the money. I did report it to PayPal and I will get a refund minus the return shipping cost. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Order earbuds on 31/Dec/2019 (USD39.85)…Not received and no refund anything in my Paypal !!!! Fake website and very bad email reply Reply said refunded but no Paypal transaction copy !!! Also reply check your account buy yourself . Be careful they use different email account !!!! Don't order anything from this Website and Facebook !!!!

The seller has always the same procedure. Selling something very intersting, getting the money over PayPal and then sending something which is not ordered. Then the offer is just a minimum where the PayPal Customer Protection does not really help – means Price paid 89 Euro, Value 10 Euro, Offered reduction 15 Euros.

Had the same issue with them. Ordered a fitbit watch with an inbuilt compartment for storing wireless ear buds. They sent me a different watch and separate earbuds…mot what i ordered at all.

I emailed them and they said they dont want me to send it back as it would cost them too much but would give me a $3 discount (it was $24). I said no and we went back and forth with them adding a dollar on each time..

Eventually opened a paypal case and it lead to paypal saying that I had to return the item tracked to China..which would be around 拢8 to do. I was not happy with this as it wasn't my fault at all! Why should I pay nearly half price for something I didn't want or ordered.

I contact paypal via the message center, explaining everything that happened, how im pretty sure the site is a scam, how as soon as a dispute was opened I was bombarded with rude emails from them telling me to "drop the case immediately and we will fully refund" but when I told them to refund first…surprise surprise they refused. I also told Paypal how under EU laws that if the seller is sent the wrong item or is broken etc THEY have to pay return postage.

Thankfully the Paypal person I was talking too just immediately refunded me and put the case in my favor.

I purchased a 2 TB "incredible" pen drive for USD 40 (USD 44,98 shipping included) from the site www.popuor.com (which is now unavailable) and received a 32Gb pen drive + 1 bluetooth earphone (one side only). The item was purchased via PayPal. I tried to contact them back but the emails and site are all down. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. After a few days, I received a proposal from the seller to refund me USD 15 which I refused. Some more days later Paypal wrote to say that the seller would refund me if I ship back in express with a tracking number, the items in their original packaging. I decided to go ahead and it's costing me USD 35. I'm not sure they will acknowledge receipt and that the items are those they sent.
I discovered that hundreds of other clients suffered the exact issues and even filed several complaints to PayPal on the paypal's community page regarding this company. What is weird is that PayPal is still working with these scammers and still supporting their business.

I ordered a "Black Friday" special on a 1 TB SSD drive for $40. I received a 32 GB thumb drive worth about $7. They offered a $12 refund in lieu of mailing it back to China at my expense. This happened to many customers and you can see the exact same thing happened to them. Just look at the PayPal customer forum to confirm this post. The attached photo is worth a thousand words!
