Got my bifocal prescription wrong, unable to interpret the prescription blaming me for uploading the wrong numbers. It was a scan of a qualified opticians prescription which had been used by other companies with no issues.
Then using the exact same prescription said they couldn't do it unless I paid extra over 2x
the cost of the original order.

I am a verified purchaser of this company and I can honestly say this is the worst company I've dealth with. They charged my card 3 different times for the same purchase and the order never showed up. After half a month I contacted to see why and multiple customer service gave me conflicting information about operation problems, delays, etc. I spent more than 10 hours just to find out where my order was. They simply refused to give me a tracking number for a month. Only after I reported them to proper authorities they contacted me with a tracking number. Terrible company. They are so shady that they tried to remove my feedback from here because I gave them a 1 star (which should have been 0!). Unbelievable! My credit card had warned me about them, as they marked the business as suspicious activity, and I should have trusted my

I am very pleased with the style and quality of my glasses….as soon as I placed them on my face it was as if the optometrist had fitted them to the specifications of my prescription…. the second pair is a little off in one of the lens but it is for reading and computer use….when I read with them it is fine but when I use them for the computer the right eye makes the adjustment…the quality of the frame is fine for a 6.00 pair of frames but too plastic for my taste….to get two pairs of stylish lens for under 50.00 is a blessing…anyone having a problem with this company needs their head exam….I was at the eye doctors office here in NYC and lens and glasses start from 400.00 dollars a pair and that is the cheap ones…would I come back to Goggles, you bet and I have already recommended friends…

Day 1was 2-3 hours online and on the phone. I then emailed the prescription. Received reply saying to fill in order form like this. I did that. Order still

Says it's a UK company – in fact, it's a company in California, that is simply an "order taker" for a spectacles manufacturer in Pakistan – good luck with trying to enforce your consumer rights!

After having received a poor two pair of glasses that didn't fit, quality poor and not at all what I expected, Adam in Customer Service emailed and gave me excellent customer service.
This resulted in an expedited replacement pairs of glasses which were made and shipped very quickly.
These pairs were much better than the first, fit perfectly and I am very pleased with the result.
I'm just sorry it took original dissatisfaction to make it right. But they did and for that I am grateful!

I had a problem with the right lens in the glasses I ordered, and after speaking with a customer service representative on the online chat, the matter was resolved in just a few moments. They are replacing the glasses free of charge. I am impressed that the problem was resolved hassle-free on my part! I will continue doing business with this company because they definitely care if their customers are satisfied.

I have to re write my review as I got my new glasses but they didn't look good on me at all, at first they only gave me a partial refund, but now they gave me a full refund for my glasses. I want to say that this is a very good company as they took care of my concern about the glasses I got from them. I would recommend them as they are a very great company to buy glasses from as they stand by their policy.

The first pair that I received from Goggles4you were good quality frames, however, the progressive lenses I ordered were non existent and the glasses were of no use. Goggles4you redeemed themselves by having me choose another frame and they provided the correct RX in new lenses this time. I am now happy with my glasses!

I have bought glasses from Goggles4you over the past 3 years and have always been very happy with them. I recently ordered some glasses – in November and when they didnt arrive on time I contacted Goggles4you and they sent another pair straight away. Their online 'chat' is really helpful. Cant fault this company. And the prices are brilliant.

I put my glasses in a cart, then found some I liked better on another site and they used my debit card I had on file and now I am out fifty bucks! Meanwhile I liked the glasses on the other site much better so I am stuck with glasses I DON'T want and stuck with the bill!

I have been involved with this company since 17 August 2014 and would not recommend them to anyone. I have been waiting since Friday 5th September 2014 after my order disappeared in transit. I have consulted Trading Standards and am instigating legal proceedings as have had enough.

my friend told me about this website i gave it a try. i order 2 pairs i just got the first pair of glasses – they look amazing i love the frames but they worthless since i can't use them. i mail them the prescription my doctor gave me and still they said they are fine ? so basically they are telling me my doctor is lying to me. cheap company and i really doubt they will fix my orders

I am NOT IMPRESSED. At the beginning of the year, I wrote an opinion called 'Wonky Italians' concerning the frames I received from Googles4you. They eventually got back in touch with me and after a few back and forth emails, I was asked to post them back from NZ to the UK (with a tracking number) to a supplied address. As it is expensive posting with a tracking number, it took me 3 weeks to save the $50. I posted them and contacted them with the tracking details. Within 2 days I received an email saying I was not asked to post them and the address I sent them to was incorrect. The tone of the email made me feel like I had been a naughty child!
I emailed them back with a copy of their posting details attached to assure them that in fact they did ask me to post them…….and then silence. That was 8 days ago and I have had absolutely no apology or any communication back from them! Now I have spent $140 and still no glasses! No idea if the glasses I returned have even arrived. This is not the way to run a business!

First of all when ordering frames, it took 4 days for them to send me an email saying the frame was out of stock. Then when I chose a different frame…it came in a completely different colour than when I ordered!!! Added to which I contacted customer services before I even looked at ordering as I've got a prescription that isn't on their standard listings. I asked if this would be a problem, and they said not at all, I was just to send in a copy of my prescription. Again when the glasses came, needless to say they were not my prescription and instead of having a strong correction for astigmatism, it just had a strong reading glass lens!
Of course therefore I could not wear them!!! And indeed if I did wear them, I believe they would have damaged my eyes!!!!!
As you may gather, I'm not impressed and recommend that people shop around elsewhere!

I have used numerous online optical stores, usually with great success. Until I purchased from goggles4u that is. Has been weeks and still no sight of the product I have already paid for. Requested refund which was denied, have had to open a PayPal dispute to get refund. Will never shop here again and suggest to all out there to avoid the same.

I wrote a critical review of this company round 25th September because I had a problem with the glasses I bought in July. I have now deleted this, as the company contacted me immediately and have gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that it was all put right. I was very impressed and now have another pair of their glasses, at their cost., Very satisfactory, and will certainly order from them when I need some more..
