They have sent me a list of other jumpers that apparently were readily available for dispatch. I have picked one and asked them to send it with priority mail so that hopefully I could have still received it on time (3 weeks after the original order). They didn't accept to pay for the extra delivery costs since in the original order I had only paid for expedite shipping and asked me to pay an additional EUR 30 (on top of the inconvenience) if I wanted next day delivery. On top of that, the replacement jumper I chose from the list of jumpers apparently "ready for dispatch" was also out of stock. And to top it all up, the customer service is terrible. They didn't recognise any of their mistakes and told me that if I wasn't happy I could have gone and shopped from a different shop. By reading other reviews I can only guess that if you are lucky enough that they have your order in stock everything goes well but, if they don't, you better get ready from a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I will surely not buy again from this shop and would encourage you to do the same, there are other stores out there with very similar products and much better customer services.

Worst costumer service ever, not existing customer service!!
I ordered a 4-1 jacket last year mid November as I needed one for the winter. I had to chase after 2 weeks as it hadn't arrived. Apparently the material was sold out. 2 weeks they said. Nothing came. Emailed again. Another 2 weeks they said. But nothing happened. I asked if I could get a different one, different color etc. That was okay. It finally arrived in the middle of January, already 2 months later. But the zip for the pregnancy insert and carry insert were faulty.
After one month I finally agreed with them to have it repaired. I wanted my money back but they said I could only return within two or four weeks.
I sent it back in march and have been since then asking for the coat to be sent back to me repaired in about 15 emails. They always just replied they'd send it in 2 weeks. In the meantime it was summer and I've had my baby.. After one very angry email in June they finally returned the jacket but not repaired. Now I have a jacket I don't particularly like and I can't use it for baby wearing because it's still faulty and I can't even sell it because its faulty. A new jacket never worn.. Should have donated the money and its not cheap(拢200) to someone who needed it or flushed down the toilet instead. I've never come across a company so unprofessional and not caring.
And when you try phoning them there is just an answer machine saying they are busy. Never ever someone picks the phone up. Why bother having it?

the product, ordered in november 2017, (4-in1 jacket/coat (Tragejacke Umstandsjacke K盲ngurujacke 4in1 SHELTER)) was delivered very fast (faster than noted on the company webpage). and the jacket/coat itself is of good quality.
the negative however is a lack of professional customer service.
the jacket/coat came with a dirty baby-insert (white spots where baby's mouth would be, so i assume somebody has tested it and found it ill-fitting and returned. no checks were made to notice there is most likely dried up spit of a baby on the insert). i took some pictures of it and sent an email to the company expecting at least an apology and maybe covering the costs of cleaning or sending a replacement of the dirty part. oh, how wrong and naive was i to think so. after 2 or 3 days i received an answer – you must be wrong, such an item would never leave our warehouse. well, obviously it did. we called their customer service next day and they at first denied dirty stuff being sent out. then with some hesitation they promised to call back. needless to say it never happened. reading the bad experience with returns and my ever growing belly, i decided to keep the coat and not return it.
looks like things have changed in april 2018 – what a streak of good reviews. who knows how they came to be…
