For those who don鈥檛 speak German – stay away from this company! It鈥檚 a total joke, if something goes wrong you will never get your money back.
My package was delivered to some neighbor who doesn鈥檛 exist!!! And when I call and email goertz they keep saying 鈥渂ut it is delivered , check with your neighbor鈥?- it looks like they don鈥檛 even have any history of ongoing cases to refer to! I had to explain everything 20 times only to get the same reaction all over again. I want my money, I already ordered shoes elsewhere and got them long ago and 2 months later I鈥檓 still waiting for my refund from your company. First I was told The carrier should refund me (why on earth???? Did I order shoes from them? No! They failed to deliver but it鈥檚 your partner, not mine! ). Now you want me to prove I haven鈥檛 received the package. I have sent the document you requested. And again no reply for a week! How much longer will it take for you to solve this? My order is 10002922469 and I鈥檓 not going to send you another email like you suggest everyone here should do. You can take it from here and just finally refund or you can wait until my lawyer contacts you. Either way, I鈥檓 not going without my money.
