I had ordered two baby kussens online 3 weeks before . After few days I was emailed that the products are sent in two different packets and would be delivered through postnl . 2 weeks after I received only 1 packet . I wrote to them several times to which they never replied . Finally I got a reply that they have sent the products and it is delivered !!!! When It is not delivered !!! They never sent me any track and trace code as well through which I can try to trace my second packet . They don鈥檛 seem to be bothered to show any kind of responsible attitude towards online purchasers as long as they have got their money !!!! How sick is this website ?? On top of that I wasted my money to call up Postnl to enquire !!! Is it not this website 鈥榮 responsibility to check if the products are reaching safely to the customers ???
How hopeless and worthless service ! This was my lfirst and last purchase from here and I am now going to take the step to contact Consumer Forum to make them aware of this fraudulent webservice in the name of selling cheap things from China!!
