The worst. Worse than Appliance Connection which Goedekers purchase. Kept calling and e-mailng them about "where is my dishwasher?", for 2 months, they kept lying and saying it came directly from Bosch. Yet, after weeks of trying to get tracking info I finally found out dishwasher was still in their warehouse. Then tried and tried to get my money back, no luck. Finally PayPal got it back in less than 24 hours. Shop local, unless you live in St. Louis.

I ordered a washer and dryer set in Aug with a promised install date of 9/1.9/2 I called and they said they had a part back ordered. I've called multiple times since then (now Oct) and was told last week they shipped and should have installed this week. I word from them and I can't reach them – super long hold times on phone and slow response via email. 5e sales guy was very responsive on sales but has now ignored all other contact. Worse service for a company – don't know how they stay in business. I should've cancelled earlier. Buyer beware.

I ordered a bed in July and nearly 3 months later it has not arrived yet. When I ordered they gave delivery date in early August. I called in August and was told early September. I called in September and was told it was in warehouse in NJ and being loaded on truck and would receive in 10 – 14 days. Still no bed! I have never received courtesy call or email to say there was delay yet they took my payment when I placed the order. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed!

They took hundreds of dollars for an item months ago. They will not respond to emails or answer the phone. Also have have yet to see the item.

Easy experience all around finding the product I was looking for. Easy checkout. No real problems encountered. I did price comparisons at other sites, and Goedeker's was the lowest price I found on this item.
The price dropped pn my dryer before it was shipped out to me and I called Goedeker's customer service and asked for a price adjustment and they refunded $163 for the price change.
I would definitely do business with Goedeker's, and recommend them to others.

First off, after a short delay when I went to check out, my order vanished. Second, there is no information available as to when it will be delivered and we need it right away as our old refrigerator stopped working.
3rd: I couldn't find information the second time through that assured me that you would take the old appliance which I want done too.

Ordered from Goedekers May 21,2020. I didn't not receive my items until June 26 2020. The stove top I received was not the right size. I requested a return on 7/2/2020. Countless phone calls just to receive a return address for them and I finally received one on 7/24. Item received by their receiving department on 7/28. It is not 8/17/2020 and I still have yet to receive this refund! BAD BAD BAD COMPANY! Should be reported to the BBB

Do not order from this company. They may deliver your product but they will not help whatsoever if you have any issues. I received a bed frame with a broken piece and haven't heard back after 3 emails, multiple calls on hold, and a month later. Not worth whatever you may be buying to deal with the stress of absolutely no customer service. What a disappointment.

Shopping experience was easy. Date of stock was clearly stated on page for item. I even called to confirm and was given accurate shipping time frames (approximately 10 days after stocking date). This was helpful to be able to proceed with project. Also warranties and damage inspections were clearly stated on how to inspect upon delivery, etc. Looking forward to receiving this product.

Would be really nice if there are more product photos, showing different angles and settings and enable zoom. Also, you all advertise Free Shipping, but I was ultimately charged $99 for the basic shipping. This doesn't help you build brand trust with your customer. It's okay to not offer free shipping. But, please don't advertise it if you won't honor it.

I'm buying this without any shipping delivery date, makes me kind of nervous.
Received the order, the box was damaged which I marked on the shipping receipt. The back panel was bent, the protective wrap on the parts was partially removed, the stainless steel had fingerprints (not mine). I probably received a refurbished item. I considered asking for a replacement part, but decided against it figuring I would have to wait even longer before I could use the grill, which works fine.

I emailed about 5 different times dating back to 3 weeks ago even before making this order, also called 4 times, was on hold for 73 minutes on 1 of those calls. Never heard back. Tried inquiring through the contact section on your Goedekers website and successfully submitted that days ago, and still never heard back. I finally just said screw It and made the order anyways but that was a terrible experience all around. I hope someone reaches out to resolve this matter and compensate for it

When I called to check on some pieces for our order, the rep was very friendly and didn't think twice about digging right in to see where it was.

I bought an ice machine and have gotten no receipt, no shipping information, no correspondence at all. They charged my visa over $3,000. They NEVER answer the phone. They do not respond to emails or phone messages. STAY AWAY.

I saved considerable money by using this store. Based on other reviews I was very worried about getting damaged merchandise! I ordered 5 expensive Kitchenaid appliances. Everything arrived in mint condition in the manufactures box with no issues. I was told specifically by the store to reject delivery if boxes were damaged. The delivery guys opened all boxes so I could inspect each item.
The ordered was delayed for the range hood. However, I called the company and they released the other appliances and sent the hood by itself via Fedex. My card was charged at point-of-order but my savings was so substantial I took the plunge.

website easy to navigate and cheaper than Amazon (my go to vendor) so I ordered from Goedekers online but when I tried by email to have customer service answer delivery questions they responded with generic answers that did not resolve my issues. The delivery people were great, really professional and if it had not been for them I would write Goedekers off.

Easy to navigate web site. Greg was helpful. Real slow delivery-5 or 6 weeks-possibly due to COVID-19, but I don't think so. Best price if you are willing to wait a while to receive your appliance.

The process was easy and delivery was OK. I think you should have been more clear, that once inside the door, the delivery ends. They delivered items undamaged, but once inside the door, that's as far as they went. My living room was only 15 feet away. They opened the boxes so I could see there was no rips or tears, then they left. Should have at least checked the power motors before leaving. Also, bought a warranty and to date, no paperwork to support the warranty
