In desperation, I contacted GoECart who stepped in right away and helped get our old website up and running and began repairing the damage. Their professional staff, expertise and responsiveness both during and after business hours was great, staying in constant contact and offering guidance wherever possible. Even more importantly, the time spent was not done to benefit their business or for pay, simply because they have heart for small business and a strong belief in partnering with their merchants. When evaluating solutions, it is so important to look beyond the monthly expense. In reality, lower cost solutions can cost much more than the monthly subscription debit taken from your bank account.

-Their 360 offering. If you are looking for OMS, CMS, Inventory management and more, GoECart offers this and more in one solution.
-Their very prompt response to requests for technical support. When we have a non-critical issue, we usually hear from somebody within a couple of hours. We've only had one critical issue and we heard back from tech support within a very short period of time. Their responses are professional, courteous and helpful.
-Their database. We have a very large catalog – more than 17,000 items offered in a wide variety of sizes, and other options. GoECart handles our catalog with ease.
Their weaknesses:
-The major weakness is in the amount of legacy code that exists in their system. A designer that doesn't have raw html experience will be frustrated trying to implement more contemporary design solutions.
-Overpromising deliverables. As noted above, we have a complex catalog. When shown our previous site, we were told that there would be no issues with implementing pricing and shipping in GoECart. That was a gross overstatement. There were and are significant kludges to make pricing and shipping work.

Some of my favorite aspects of using GoECart Solutions is the USPS shipping integration. So you are able to print up shipping labels right from the order page without having to do any kind of export to a third party shipping program. They have robust reporting so you can drive sales to specific product pages when needed. Another favorite feature of mine is they also have a very wide array of coupons and promotional offers you can design in their discount manager and tailor them to your specific customer segments.
Overall our experience with GoECart Solutions has been outstanding. Not a single complaint about the platform, the company, or their employees. Everyone has been helpful from day one. The level of support you get from GoECart is unlike any in the industry.

If you are a brand new startup and/or just getting started, GoECart solution might be an overkill unless you are expecting fast growth and don鈥檛 wish to change platforms in a year or two.

My husband and I own a mid-sized retail ecommerce business since 2003. We have been through quite a few shopping carts and ecommerce platforms in the past and have come to know the difference between a good ecommerce solution and a bad one. Without hesitation, we rank GoECart as a good one. The best ecommerce solution we've had. We've been with GoECart since 2009 and have no intention of going anywhere else. Before GoECart, we were forced to switch our ecommerce platforms frequently. Anyone one who owns an ecommerce business knows how costly and frustrating that can be. The fact we have stayed with GoECart for 3 years now speaks volumes. Most online retailers have their horror stories to tell, and I can honestly say we have not had one bad story to tell about GoECart.
Ecommerce software platforms we've had in the past were less expensive than GoEcart, but ultimately they ended up costing us a lot more. Our past sites have crashed and been hacked. We lost sales and customer confidence. And we always had to pay someone to fix the problem. We have NEVER had any downtime with Goecart. Goecart is not the least expensive option out there, but feeling confident that the site is safe, secure and easy to use is totally worth it. You get what you pay for. We've had the less expensive ones, and in the end, it cost us more.
We now manage our own online store. Before, we had to hire developers and programmers. Past solutions required a lot more technical skills to do even the simplest things. It was like being held hostage. GoECart's backend admin panel lets you control EVERYTHING, from content and image placement to shipping and payments. It's basically 1 click easy. Sure you can use all the code you want but you can also use a very simple WYSIWYG editor for most of the backend tools you'll need. When shopping for a new solution, EASE-OF-USE was incredibly important to us. From the minute we looked at the GoECart demo store, we could understand and figure it out, even before our first training session. It was very liberating and empowering to finally be able to edit our home page and easily add products. GoECart does give you all the tools to do it yourself.
If technical support is important to you, GoEcart's is fast, efficient and with a personal touch. From the easiest questions to the most complex, they are handled professionally and quickly. We received one on one training from them at the beginning and every care was taken to ensure our store ran with ease. And still, if something comes up, when we call we are greeted by our first names. Hats off to Chris and Dennis in GoECart tech support. My husband even calls to see how the weather is in Connecticut (we're in California) and the call is always answered on the first ring, no hoops to jump through to get to them. My husband's only gripe is tech support does not have a toll free number but they told us it's coming soon.
All in all, do compare with the other providers, we did and we know we made the right decision to go with GoECart. Hope you find this authentic GoECart review helpful.
