ZERO STARS!!!! The worst customer service EVER!!! Do not buy from these clowns. Had bought new mini split, part failed within months. Spent 6 months trying to get new control board. Lied to repeatedly by customer service reps. Told that the part shipped when it did not, Around and around calling, each time put on hold, told that they would call me back, never did. Every time on the phone is a average 45 min of wasted time. Asked for a supervisor multiple times, they never would let me talk to anyone in charge

Ordered two units which they claimed to have in stock only to have them backordered for a month. Then i reordered two different units which were more expensive and after speaking three times to a service representitive was assured these were in stock and after 4 days was told they were backordered for another month. Ended up cancelling the order after being jerked around for a month and ordered form Klingersons units were shipped and arrived in a week. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

We have ordered 2 mini-split heat pumps from Go Ductless. Great prices with free shipping, prompt helpful customer service and a great website. They even have installation instructions, owners manuals etc. online in PDF format to aid in planning your installation. We will soon order one more to complete our system. Great company!
