I ordered a TV from this company as it was the cheapest online for a British based company however what followed was my worst nightmare. At first I waited 3 weeks for a delivery that was meant to take 1 week with each time there being a last ditch excuse of ' goods damaged in transit' after doing this several times they informed me they had no more TV's left in stock. I then asked for a refund due to non delivery and was told it had been done. When no money was in my account several days later they claimed they had done the refund but due to a dispute WorldPay had kept my money. Now I found myself out of pocket with no TV. After researching this company I found they have done this to many other people. I then had to beg my bank to help me for which they told me to complete several forms and send all email communications to them to investigate and wait for 30 days after which they would refund me which they duly did at a loss to them. It has been an awful experience PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. you will get your money stolen and they will entice you in with low prices they have no intention of honouring. I ended up with no TV for nearly 3 months and I can prove all this via emails I had with the company which I am happy to post on here to help others
