I inadvertently ordered the wrong item via their Amazon store. No problem at all to correct my mistake. I ordered the correct item which came the next day ( just before Christmas). It was easy to get a return authorisation as well. However, finding a carrier to return the item was nigh impossible (it was 2 metres long – but not very wide yet not heavy)
No problem again – with Lockdown 3 upon us, I couldn't physically return it, so they arranged for their carrier to collect it from me the following day, and would just charge me their carrier's corporate rates.
Exemplary service!
