the web building process is being hailed as easy to use but it is canteened, You can not change font colors anywhere on your site once you pick your theme. You cant simply choose to have one area of text in a different color than the original theme chosen. This is too limiting. My concerns were met with the answer that for them to make the sight easy to use they could not incorporate font color deviation. I am not a software designer but it seems to me that the font color is not that complicated. every word processing software in the world has font color differentiation available for every word to be different if so desired, for that matter every letter could be a different color on all word processors.

Spent 2 weeks building a website and chose a 'first month free, $40-something a month after' plan.
There was a payment error on THEIR END, my website was cancelled and unable to be restored.
I had spent AGES building that site and the support guy told me after charging me a $144 'restore fee' that, sorry, they actually couldn't recover it. If there's a payment issue, why can't they just temporarily remove the website from being live/published, keep the design, and put it back online when the payment issue is sorted? Disgraceful.

The only contact I received about the issue was 2 generic, spammy emails about the issue that went to my junk folder. Not good enough.

Be Careful! The Drag n Drop website builder they show you, is not what you will buy! What you will end up with is something that looks archaic, like it belongs in 2002. Let me explain ….

Goes without saying I have contacted them, they know what they are doing, its disgusting.

Here are some tips:
1. Any website selling a "website builder" that won't show you how it looks like from your perspective when its just you building the website using their software AVOID;

in other words when they show you the pretty websites, how it could look like, but not the interface YOU will use to built it ( looks like 2002) RUN away!

2. They want your credit card before you Try, is like saying I want you to pay me, before I let you use "DRAFT" in email – RUN

3. Checkout
Here is where they got me, I tried out the drag n drop from their free trial, I liked it very easy, you can link your youtube videos, on the side it will show you at the same how it looks like AS your building; you go the checkout and they greet you with upgrades :

+ SSL to encrypt data, sounds good
+ Ultimate Linux Hosting with cPanel ,
you need that to run the website, sounds good
+ add other stuff

Now you got a bundle, you pay. You sign into the dashboard, look weird, you don't know where your staff is how to access it, but its fine, You need to work on your content, make designs, ect. you will come back later and figure it out …

Come 3 months later to upload to the website builder. It takes you time to find what you bought, the website is taking you to many places. Then you find it ….. 2002 looks back at you and you are chasing this people in emails and phone calls ever since.

As I said, they know what their doing, no way in HELL, would you be able to sell this, 2002 old shiiip , If I could upload a screen shot with this review you instantly run away, no way a novice website builder can work that, oooh it cost + 拢250 !

Easy to handle and add pictures to site's. I love being able to make changes to the site's whenever I want.

Easy friendly system, we just love it. I created my website in less than 2 hours.

This is a great website host company. The most important reason when it came to choosing a website host was a good reputation for customer service and access to 24/7 phone customer support. Being a first time website builder, this was paramount to me as this feels like a daunting project. GoDaddy makes it fun though. Thank you!

To date it has been a terrible experience

So far the experience has been great. I have had to call 3 times to get some questions answered and everyone I talked to was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Extremely easy process and affordable prices. I鈥檇 use them again and recommend others to use them in the future.

Was changed money for something I did not order or purchase. Have called more than six times and been on hold over a half hour everytime before the phone call just disconnects.

I purchased the domain broker service to help acquire a domain. After that, it turns out the domain broker from GoDaddy also receives a very big commission based on the sum of the transaction. So I am hiring him and he is squeezing me out of as much money as possible. I have always used GD a lot for hard to get domain extensions, but I don't like the route they are taking here.

Really user friendly service and very good value for money. Had my first e-mail delivered to my very own domain address within the hour.

One issue i have is that when you promote items you bombard the customer with upselling and before you know you have spend twice as much if you not careful. In principle not wrong upselling but i wonder if we need all the bits and pieces.

Easy to register

Really disappointed that a company of this size is doing nothing to help out smaller businesses in such a hard financial time for us all. Not only did you put your plan up by over double what it was a year ago, but you refused to help out with a monthly payment plan so I could budget for the astronomical price change .. for nothing extra might I add. I am shocked and disgusted.
