After using Godaddy for almost 20 years for domain registrations and renewals, i was quite surprised when i didn't receive ANY emails about renewing my server that have several websites on it.

I did receive one email a month after the server expired saying that the SSL was expired. I thought, SSL? It turns out that it was my Linux server.

I reached out to support, Manwarjit, he tries his best. But, still not able to recover my data, then tries to upsell a new server to me.

Yes, the server expired 2 months ago, but every billion dollar company does have a backup somewhere.

I expect Godaddy to find a solution upon which I can update this review.

I completely agree with, i just their Online Starter Bundle and then later their Websites + Marketing Standard
packages (basically to promote my site on SEO platform but unfortunately the website nor the KEY WORD search get my site up the listings. When I got them, yes they answer calls after 5-10mins waiting, but the girls at the Call Centre don't know a thing about any issue. When I told her i can't hear her since there was a fan (i guess) on near her, she said I am working from home and these disturbances i've to bear with. I agreed, and told her my query, DAM!!! she didn't understand a thing and told me i'll connect you with the other team handling same issues, after 22mins of waiting the same girl gets me off hold and tell me the same question i've asked her to answer but gives no answer to it, and then suddenly the call mutes. (I agree that the prices also keep changes, the pop up price show somethnig and the payment is of course a different amount)

I have 100+ domains in GoDaddy services. But these days the GoDaddy services are very poor. Brokerage service is purposely maintained by the lack of deliberately cheating the customers. Domain brokerage amount is not refundable and transferable. In another issue, any single issue resolves the godaddy taking 72 hours. We didn't get any proper support from. If anybody wants to choose godaddy services you can select any other services like hostgator etc.

I searched two domains yesterday and was available to purchase when I searched and next day it is taken by someone else. When I checked the domain in the browser, I saw on-sale board with a whopping price. Godaddy provides backdoor for someone or they itself do some dirty business to make money. They'll keep track on which domain people are searching and they will buy it themselves, so that they can sell the domain with an unbelievably huge price than before. Customer support is having no idea about the situation. Better go for alternative domain providers. I'll not recommend this website.

I PURCHASE A DOMAIN FROM GO DADDY FROM AN ACCOUNT BUT IN MY ACCOUNT NO DOMAIN FOUND . I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE .THE HE/SHE ASKED ME FOR DETAIL WHETHER YOU HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNT . I PROVIDED THE DETAIL. AFTER PROVIDING THE DETAIL. I GOT NEW MAIL IN PURCHASED ACCOUNT. THAN GODADDY FOR HELP. BUT PLEASE WRITE THE SOLUTION IN YOUR WEBSITE.

support staff no have technical knowledge for just dns issue i need to compliant and then godaddy head office senior technician connected me and tell how they have problem there side. very bad experience then i transfer my hosting and domain to opanhost.com

A great range of domain name products and the best aftermarket for newly released domains.
Billing can be a bit confusing, but apart form that, they're good.

We are using Go daddy hosting services and have encountered a serious problem in the first 3 months. Emails have stopped, data is missing, no access to control panel, website is not functioning 100% and it's been 2 months and the issues are still not fixed. No compensation or refund received. Go daddy staff don't even apologise or update us about this issue. Our hard earned money has gone down the drain because of their bureaucracy. We will not renew the service next year. Wish we had known about this dodgy business before. Beware !

Worst company ever in the universe, world, galaxy and entirety of all solar systems, living beings and all of existence.

Never even GoClose… Pay 10 times the price but don't enter the realm of uselessness of GoDaddy…

Worst 27 minutes of my life. Company ripped us off.. Checked out basket without permission and didn't even give a gesture refund partial or anything.

Didn't authorise the transaction for a domain renewal but they took money. Advised afterwards that if I want to cancel for a refund they will put it back on the public market after 60 days and I won't be able to use it until then… Essentially blocking my website and disallowing anyone to use until publicly available at which point I'll have to be lucky to reclaim it.

Useless and greedy company who don't even allow you to remove payment methods on your account… Don't get trapped GoRunFarAway from GoDaddy bakwaas maal.
