Chirp Order confirmation Sunday Nov 1 2020 with FedEx tracking number issued Nov 3 2020 still setting in a a Chirp warehouse Nov 7 2020 not picked up under the guise that I did not pay for Priority Shipping. This is a ploy for Chirp to get the customer to pay for shipping, while Chirp "gunny sacks" free shipping orders by creating a label and claiming USPS or FedEx have not stopped by to pick the package up for over a week. We all know that is not how FedEx or UPS or USPS works. Total farce, rip-off, and terrible way to treat customers.

I paid over 拢30 for international delivery and then when the product arrived i was asked for an additional 拢25 for shipping and tax fees… they should be crystal clear on their shipping costs, no where in the checkout process did it say there would be additional costs… i thought 拢30 shipping was enough. I did email the company and they did not reply back to my question about this…

Not impressed

Product is well made, but 1 item had a manufacturer defect. Replacement was made promptly. Slow shipping, but overall good experience.
