I am very happy with my refurbished Thinkpad T450. Looks brand new out of the box, no damage or scratches and performance is fantastic, for a fantastic price! Delivery was quick, received within 2 days from ordering (thought it may well have been faster if I didn't choose the storage upgrade option). 5/5 would recommend

Amazing service. Bought a laptop on a Monday evening. After placing the order I realized I had purchased the wrong model. Sent an e-mail right away and next day morning I had already a reply saying that it was not a problem and they helped me fixing my order the same day. Got my laptop (with an upgraded hard disk) on Wednesday! Great job guys, this is what I call a customer centric organization. Laptop works great and looks as new as per described on the website.
