Hi everyone! I have just put an appeal through with PayPal. I found the transaction. I saw a few people saying that they couldn鈥檛 find theirs. Just to let you know mine was under the name 鈥淩oksana Krawczyk鈥? I only found it because of the description of the transaction.

My mom ordered me the December box for Christmas in November 2018! It's July now and NO BOX NO WEBSITE NO REFUND NO EMAIL. WHAT IS THIS? I am absolutely ENRAGED with this company!!! I order the DECEMBER BOX PLUS THREE CANDLES in Nov 2018! When December came around, I was told that it will be shipped in 3-7 working days. At least 2 months later and it still hadn鈥檛 been Shipped!! I emailed them asking about the delay and this is what they said:
鈥淲e should start shipping December boxes this and/or next week! We鈥檙e really sorry for the delay – we need some more time to prepare the best box for you!鈥?
blah blah blah.
鈥淧lease accept our deepest apologies.鈥?
Seriously!? That was FOUR MONTHS AGO!!! After SO MANY emails to them, THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP!
Long story short, website doesn鈥檛 even exist anymore, no emails are going through to them, and THEY HAVE MY MONEY!! Over 80鈧?which is over $130 Australian dollars (for me)!! Can鈥檛 get my money back or anything! I even paid about $35 FOR SHIPPING!!
I was 15 years old when I purchased this box (now 16), payed all with my own money that I worked for!!!
This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! First of all, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION with customers and NO HELP whatsoever!!!
For me I had no warning at all about them shutting down (or whatever happened) and no support whatsoever!!
If ANYONE knows if I can somehow contact someone in the company or any info on what鈥檚 going on with us customers that have lost our money, please tell me!!

Worst company EVER!!! Still missing 2 boxes from last year and I placed an order in April, and it is now July鈥攏o product. But guess what…they have my money!!!!!! Do Not purchase anything from Gobstone Alley鈥?you will never get it and it鈥檚 almost impossible to get a refund!!!!!! I鈥檝e sent tons of emails and never get a reply. Save your money and your time!

I ordered both January and February Boxes and haven鈥檛 gotten any. I tried contacting them but they don鈥檛 reply and also their web page is gone now. I don鈥檛 know how to get a refund… it鈥檚 80+鈧?gone…shame!! Thieves

I experienced the same thing. The website isn鈥檛 even working anymore. Paypal has no account of the transaction. We all have been waiting for months for these boxes and nothing. Thieves! Very angry!

FRAUD!!! They are no longer in business. I paid with a bank card back in December, not sure if I can get my money back. They should at least refund us, but instead they stole our money and ran. Not a way to conduct business. If you failed at least have the respect to give everyone their money back. That money does not belong to you.

This company is a fraud! I ordered in december a box and still did not get the parcel. Contacted them, they said for a refund to contact my bank. I contacted my bank to talk to their bank, but no one responded. We are all fooled with promises, and they have our money…. GIVE US BACK THE MONEY! Refund the money where we made the payment, to that account.

I have the same problem. We never received the December box for my daughter just that same message saying that I could get my money back via pay pal. There's no open case on my pay pal account though and when I tried to write the billing department (to the address I was given my Gobstone Alley), it doesn't' seem to exist. The email doesn't go through.
I am very angry because my 12 yo daughter paid for it with her own money and has been desperately waiting for it. She's very upset.
Someone please tell us how we get at least the money back. I even paid 15鈧?for the delivery!

I got the September box with my own money (I am 13 years old and I get 50cent for doing chores so I had to do a lot) and it was very good. It came 3 months late and I emailed them about it, and they said it was because they were moving. I decide to buy there January box (it said it would come in 7 days) and after about 2 months I got an email saying that it would come by the end of march, IT DID NOT COME! My friend got the past reilvo box and it came IN A WEEK (they sent a new box befor sending the boxs that had been waiting MONTHS)! Another friend got the December box and it came 6 months after she order it (thats half a year) and the stuff in side was JUNK!!! Later they sent an email saying that they were NOT sending the boxs and that I would get a refund, I tried to get my money back but it says that I used PayPal and I DID NOT I don't even have PayPal! Now I can not get my money back!

An April order has yet to come in. Several communications resulted in empty promises. Emails sent to two separate addresses twice have been bounced back stating that the domain "does not resolve in DNS"
They seem to have flown the coop folks.

Ordered their February box on 2-11-19, still on 6-11-19 NO BOX, NO E-MAIL, NOTHING!!! Contacted them by e-mail, no reply on delivery time, had to file a complaint with Paypal to try to get a refund. Stay away from!!!!!!!

Just the worst! I ordered 3 Boxes (November, December and January) and never received the December and January Box. I tried to contact them several times about this issue but I only got lies as an answer. I am now trying to get my money back but since their website shut down they are not responding anymore…

My December boxes arrived within a week. The products were great. Decided to go for the February box too. And like everyone…. I am still waiting for it to arrive.
Now Godstone alley has closed their site and I opened a dispute. Got my money back within 2 weeks. People wondering why we have to do this ourselves clearly don't know the policy of credit card companies/banks/PayPal. Luckily I got my money and switched to Azkabox

I ordered a January parcel and never going to get it. They have closed down and said they will refund us our money. Has anyone got their money back? They told me I have to open a case with my bank to get a refund but I can't actually do this as I used my man's card to order this and the bank is pretty far away for me to get to and we don't have online banking..why should we have to do the running about anyway to get our money back..they should just put the money back into people's accounts that they paid from..I'm so angry and upset. They are an absolute disgrace.

Like everyone else on here, I ordered boxes in December and January that never came! I received the usual 'it will be shipped next week' excuse but never with any success! And now, I tried to check whether there were any updates on their website, and the whole website has disappeared! What does that mean for all of us who are still waiting for boxes and refunds since the company seems to just have evaporated?

STAY AWAY FROM GOBSTONE ALLEY TIME – TURNER – FRAUD – LIARS – FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS!
Last year I ordered one of a few 3 month subscriptions from Gobstone Alley – Time Turner. I re-subscribed and then in July circumstances with the company seemed to change. I received my monthly box with all damaged and broken merchandise. I complained and assumed they would replace the box. They did not. They ignored me. Around the same time they asked for more money because they said they had changed carriers and I believed them because they really hadn't given me a reason not to trust them. Then weeks starting going by and I was still waiting for my October subscription box like a lot of other people were. I tried contacting them and a woman named Dominika gave me a fake tracking number and when I contacted her again she said my box had gotten lost but there was no tracking information because she never sent the box and the tracking number she gave was fake. More lies from them. So many I couldn't believe it. I have been waiting for November's box. But it never came. They wouldn't answer e-mails from any customers. They ignored social media posts, e-mail's, threats to report them. November, December, January, February, March and now we are coming into April and still no box. A social media Influencer on YouTube who had been showcasing their boxes came out against the company because she was recommending them to her viewers like me and Gobstone was lying to the very people who watch her channel. She made a video denouncing them and that's when they offered refunds to anyone who wanted one but they have ignored me and not repaid the money they took.There was also an incident where they plagiarized the work of an artist and didn't compensate her for it until finally the same social media influencer who denounced them on our behalf made an issue of it on her YouTube channel. Meanwhile those of us who asked for refunds were continually ignored.But the artist was compensated. This a lot of money and like a lot of other people in the same situation because of Gobstone Alley's deceit I am furious and want my money back. This is a dishonest woman. She has committed fraud, Stolen a lot of money, Told lie upon lie. She needs to be held accountable for her thievery. Her and the people on the board or who have shares of Gobstone Alley – Time Turner. REFUND OUR MONEY!!!

Stole Money By Not Sending Money For Merchandise That Was PAID For
This is a company that promised a subscription service for Harry Potter themed merchandise. I ordered a 3 Month subscription received three boxes with one bos completely damaged with unusable items. I re-ordered another three month subscription and had to wait a couple of months before I received my first box and now it's almost going on five months and no other boxes. They were called out by YouTube representatives and the company promised refunds but have not given them. They have ignored weeks of us asking for our money to no avail. I want my money back. They are getting bad reviews on Trust Pilot and all over the internet. Please help.
