The other ones we received were really nice!

This is scam company. They register us as member automatically without any information about payment and then continuously sending package to us. We could not log in My Page to cancel it also.
GOBOKEN is SCAM, why they continue it?

Their customer service is really bad. I requested to cancel my membership however they sent me another two packages with the invoices.

First package I sent back which cost me postal charges 80SEK and same day I emailed them not to send another package however I got another one after few days with another invoice. I emailed them and asked, they said I am still an active member and if I don鈥檛 need the package then either I have to sent back or pay the invoice. That is something forcefully selling the products. Products are also very costly as compare to the items

I am very pleased with the service and the products I receive for my baby from Goboken. She is always happy with the toys and the colourful books.

I was call meny time and say stop sed books, but it's not help, I still have this books,it's not normal, service are earful

I checked the website online and their offers
I filled in my information on a form for an introducing package
where it didnt say ANYWHERE that you had to pay for it.
When I realised that if I order that they will sign me up for a subscription I decided NOT TO SEND THE F0RM. I did not click send or anything i simply closed the page.
Next week I get the introducing package to my post and they have signed me up for a subscription and I owe them the cost for the package.
How they managed to get my information without me clicking send eludes me and seems VERY sketchy to me.
When I went on their website to review whats going on, they have signed me up with a fake telephone number.
I never received an email informing me I have signed up for anything, I never accepted or agreed to pay any fee or order, and yet they sign me up and charge me on their own.
This is called scam in my book.
The funny thing is, I was actually thinking of signing up for their subscription but BECAUSE they did this I will certainly never associate with that website again and I will also advice my friends not to.
