Goboard

We purchased a GoBoard XL and it worked for less than 2 weeks of moderate use. I contact GoBoard USA and they made it clear that if you don't contact them within 24 hours of delivery of the product, there is NOTHING they will do. Now, I have a 2 week old GoBoard that will not move, and I can either spend more money guessing which parts are required to repair it or I can cut my losses at over $500. All GoBoard USA will do is respond to my requests with smart alec emails. Buyer beware.
