When I switched on the phone, it was in Italian – so was a little unsure if the phone was brand new.

I just bought a smartphone for a very good price. The user manual is in Italian, but it was not a problem for me. The product was shipped in the first workday and arrived in the next day. I am using it right now and everything looks perfect. I do recommend the company.

After 10 days I had heard nothing from them. Texted live support on their website, got no response. Called customer service just now and was rudely told they would send my order today. Haven't received my order yet, but I expect it to be broken and fake the way the experience has been so far. Would recommend to buy elsewhere.

There was not a lot of information on their website about the product, which makes one skeptical, however good prices and the product arrived the day after at a pick up point near me. However the instructions manual in the package was in polish….
If you as a company buy up products from a lot of european suppliers, you should check stuff like this, and make sure it it suited for the customer.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 plus from them. Only thing that I noticed in the beginning that there was a plastic cover on handsfree and it was written J7 on that though the headphone was genuine from S8+ so I just ignored by considering it as a packing mistake. After couple of days of usage, I noticed that there was a deep scratch on the display that look like a piece of dust and is not visible while normal use. Mobile need to tilt to see that scratch mark. I try to clean that area and more I clean the more those areas were getting visible and that scratch can only occur if mobile falls down or screen hit hard on some surface. I guess they polished it to hide the scratch. I could also feel the broken part of that screen while sliding my nail over it and more I clean more marks get visible on that area and I am sure the polished get removed from that area and visibility becomes clear. Nonetheless, phone has Gorilla Glass 5 and it can not get scratch easily, especially I was previously using Iphone 4S and it had Corning Glass that is far much less then the Gorilla glass 5 and it never get even a single scratch while in normal use. Anyhow, I got suspicious since I did not use mobile much and it was laying on my table all the time. I also noticed that the box that comes with Samsung seal was actually not the Samsung seal since it had 4 seals on top of each other. Also they forgot to put the black Samsung seal on the black box so mistakenly they put a white Samsung's seal. There were lot of discrepancies that made me to contact to the seller and they simply refused by saying that they don't cover the cosmetic changes on the phone and also said "we open the phone for quality control". The phone was only 22 days old that time. Anyhow, I am going to file the case against them in Consumer rights court with all the evidences that I collected and I am sure they will have not standing there. I will advise all the buyers to beware and take all necessary satisfaction before using the equipment when you buy from this seller. You may receive slightly used, refurbished or defected phone and obviously you will never want that, especially when you pay for the new. They have 365 days cancel, 14 days return, e-m忙rkets bla bla, don't buy that crap, its just marketing technique. Just do your satisfaction before buy and before use.
