Doesn鈥檛 work very well, won鈥檛 blend properly and also only works when it wants to. I also emailed customer service and they never replied.

Loving it!! Perfect for making my bulletproof coffees in the morning. Purchased so i didn't have to use my Thermomix in the morning and also for when we travel.Charged up and have used everyday since it arrived.

I have now received my blender. I am unsure if my blender is faulty. On the website it says you can blend up to 40 cups, I have only been getting 2 before needing to recharge. Yesterday I made a smoothie with ice, frozen berries, protein powder and 250ml of water I had to blend it 3 times to even get a semi-smooth consistency even after the 3rd attempt there were still fair size chunks in it. I even shook the blender while it was running to smooth out the lumps but still it was clumpy. After wasting several minutes trying to get the blender to blend properly I thought I'd give it a final go and the blades wouldn't even turn and the battery had dropped to 2 bars. I bought this blender so it would last all week (that's only 5 glasses) then I could take it home over the weekend to charge it. Honestly if i knew the battery life was going to be so bad I would have just bought a 240v or chosen another well known brand. The worst part is I had reccomended this product to a number of friends who have also purchased this "awesome" blender.

Easy to carry……….easy to operate………..highly recommended

Have only used ~4 times and am loving it so far! It's easy to use and clean, and suits my needs. I am a FIFO worker so it's handy to take to site along with my plant protein powder, frozen spinach and bananas. You can't pack it with ingredients and expect the blades to turn, but if done smart it works great (ie. I like to blitz my protein powder first before adding everything else). Put 4 stars as I can't comment on durability yet (though it feels pretty solid), plus the run-off-the-mill-poor-English user manual made me nervous, especially when I couldn't find info on why it wouldn't turn on when empty (which I was told by the vendor was a motor-protection interlock, kudos to their swift reply in that regard!). I would definitely recommend this product and already have!

Don't waste your money
The $20 aldi version works a lot better than this one. The version is very slow to blend and takes ages to get to the right stage of your drink – protein shakes for crushed iced drinks both are slow to mix, if I had a do over I wouldn't buy one.

Fast delivery and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. I only use it to blend my powdered drinks while out working in the community all day.

Bought it as a christmas gift. So I havent tested the actual product. But the purchase and delivery were very straightforward.

I ordered a Go Blender. I wasn't home when it was delivered. I went to the pop up Shop where a letter told me it could be collected from. It was an Asain restaurant and they had no idea what I was talking about. I bought it as a Christmas present and was very dissapointed that I was unable to give it as a present a Christmas time.

Your delivery provider signed for the package but it was never delivered. I never signed for it but they say that it's ok for a driver to sign rather than the recipient. I was home all day but never got my package. Not happy waste of money

The little blender is easy to clean, smart as both ends fit either the top or bottom of the unit, I don't like using water near electrical components, this is asking for trouble and shorting out of the system. Horrible to drink out of so if you go away and use it and you don't want to drink out of it, you then have another item to clean.
Only had it a short while so far so good.

What a wonderful company to deal with.
My parcel was not delivered as expected. The issue was the courier company promising delivery daily within 24 hrs.
Due to the inconvenience of a ridiculously delayed parcel, Goblender has sent another. I was told via email, if I end up with two, consider it a gift for the inconvenience.
