I've tried to return a faulty item. I filled out the return form, no reply. I filled out the contact form, no reply. I've filled a case with PayPal's resolution centre. I've received an email, asking for the details. I explained the details for the third time, but still waiting for an answer.
Apart from that, I signed into my account on mygobe.com, and I found name, address and phone number of another customer!
