Bought something showing nz currency of $35 when I seen bank statement i have been charged twice and double the amount I havent received an email confirmation except bank charges motherfuckers! Ripping people off I never buy online and this is the reason why…馃ゴ馃が馃が

They have taken money out of my account with contacting me, I most definitely have not ordered anything so will be involving the bank fraud department

Not happy been waiting for a product for 8 weeks now like taking the money but not sending the product

I ordered from goalshopper they now claim ive never ordered any thing from them yet my bank states I have.
They will not honour the order or give a refund this is from July 2020 DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THEM THEY ARE A RIP OFF

I nevet give even star. I just want to give feedback about this Company. It鈥檚 completely SCAM, I did鈥檔t recieve my order and they took my money right away. I鈥檝e been waiting for almost two months now. Never buy to this site again.

This company is trading as Ferryhappy on Instagram and Facebook. I only saw the real name Goalshopper when I received my CR card statement. Never received my order of 3 Jeans and never received any follow-up emails that I send to 'support' (only contact for any redress or concerns about purchases). I don't know what to say because they seem to be changing names once customers realise what they are up to. My humble advice is to be extremely cautious and doesn't do any impulse buying. Take time and do your check and confirmations.

Like so many people I wouldn鈥檛 give them any stars. They keep taking money out of my account which I hope they know is major fraud. I want every cent put back into my account before I go to the Australian Federal Police and have them up for fraud.

SCAM

I ordered a foundation from this company. It finally arrived after 5 weeks and I was keen to apply it and see how it looked. It looked ok but I noticed a really horrible smell as I was applying it. It smelt like a strong manure smell and even my daughter could smell it when she came to look at it. It was awful and I had to take it off as it was all I could smell. I emailed the company and they replied a day later to say all they could do was apologise and pass the message on to the quality control. They said there would be no refund however nor did they offer to replace it . I paid nearly 拢20 for a product that I could not use and they didn鈥檛 seem bothered at all. I emailed a further two times but they took forever to reply (probably lots of complaints to deal with) so I鈥檝e just given up now. This shouldn鈥檛 be allowed as a replacement or refund should be offered if the goods aren鈥檛 useable but Facebook seems to like advertising for these sorts of disreputable companies who like ripping people off. Hopefully people will read these reviews before parting with their hard earned money.

HORRIBLE experience. I have been trying to get refund for 5 MONTHS now they just give you the run around. I have sent them 34 emails with nothing but promises. They even said they would process my refund after 5 months and then changed their mind back to ignoring me again. Product came 2 months after order all dried out. You WILL get ignored. What鈥檚 worse is that their site in NOT secure and after ordering with my credit card, they allowed someone to access my card and fraudulently charge $500! I had to cancel my card. DO NOT do business with these people! You will be sorry.

To be honest, I placed an order, it took 3 months to arrive, but it finally did. I ordered nail polish and it came. I'm giving three stars because the shipping is way too long, and also, the emails they send make it really confusing how how to track shipment or who to contact incase of any problems. But overall, I got my items just as I ordered them and I am satisfied.

I purchased some washing machine cleaner on their site thinking it was a good deal. I ordered it over a month ago and still have yet to receive it. They REFUSE to refund my money, asking me to "wait a few more days" and that their refund policy is to not refund. So not only am I out my product, but I am also out my money. They do not have a phone number to contact them for any issues, everything has to be done via email and the first response back is automated from a computer. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and filing a Reg E claim. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Order some acne patches. And it took almost 3 months to get the product after I opened a paypal case with them. Never answered any of my questions from customers service just said they were looking into it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

On Facebook, i found them, and they advertised a cover creme that covers even tatoo's, so i ordered one. They claim they shipped it. It has been 6 weeks now and they said they haven't shipped it yet. I don't think they intend to. They take peoples money and get rich on our expense. I am reporting them to the attorney general and BBB, but would that do any good. They are based out of China or some place. Customer service is bad too. They don't want to talk to us.

By this means I would like to find out where is my order, I havent' heard from you at all, no one seems to get my messages I need to hear from you as soon as possible, before I start a legal investigation, this can't be happening.

The worst company! Oh my goodness, I wish I had read this website before placing my order. I placed my order in January and still have not received it. Customer service? There is none. I have left several emails trying to find out where package is. You can't track your package because it is coming from China. I feel like I just got scammed. Do not give this company a penny. They are scammers!

I ordered a product from Goalshopper November 21st. It's the middle of March and I haven't rec'd anything from them despite sending them inquiring emails. I can't seem to find their phone number unless I sign up as a member. I feel this operation is nothing but a scam. Beware!!!

Beware the nail polish!!! It鈥檚 a scam. I ordered it, got a tracking number, and then was never able to track it. I鈥檝e been trying for 3 weeks and now the 鈥淐hina shipping site is down and removed? I told them to cancel my order. Tomorrow I will notify my credit card. They know about this and still advertise the scam of the chrome nail polish.
