Top notch. The customer service from Andy and his team is unmatched.

It would be very nice for coaches and parents if the walls of the fields were clear plastic,glass ..to watch the game at all times and have a 100% good experience.

Cause its impossible and annoying not to watch the game cause the metal wall are in the way..

The front desk staff were very helpful and did everything they could to help when I asked. They are always friendly and smiling when we come in there. The buildings and playing fields are always clean and well maintained and always feels safe

Like the orogram. My son learned alot very quickly.

The coach was very involved, motivated and dedicated to the kids. The location is clean well kept and very presentable.

Coaching and drills were great. Too many parents and siblings on fields at same time as training. Distracted the participants at times.

Always friendly and helpful

The referees don鈥檛 care , it鈥檚 easy money to them, don鈥檛 care if kids Can get hurt. The sad part that it鈥檚 management that doesn鈥檛 care, why would other refs care if management doesn鈥檛 care. Kids and parents pointed out a specific issue and all th ref did was laugh and allowed it which caused it to escalate. Disappointed.

They were coaching very well. Watching every player and follow the steps that they were teaching them. this is very important as a parents to see their kids got helped from the coach to do the move in a right way.

Alicia was very helpful and provided excellent service. I couldn鈥檛 be happier with her service.

My son has been with Goals for a few seasons now. He loves the coaches, and enjoys playing with his teammates.

Tournament was poorly ran. No one there to make questionable decisions right. Not enough teams.

Rufino and Staff are extremely helpful and customer focused. They are always so professional and friendly! They are very easy to work with and really try to work with you to help meet your goals!

It was a great experience. The coaches were very patient and focused on providing a great experience to the little ones. They met every child where their skill level was. They also let parents part take to help children feel more comfortable.

The Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, I was told we would be in Field 1. We waited outside that area for 15 minutes or so since we arrived early. But then another team said they were assigned Field 1. I went to the service counter and they said, we were moved to Field 3. But no one informed us of the change.
The team in Field 3 where we were moved to at the last minute, did not leave the field until 12 minutes (7:12 pm) past their time and only because I asked a Staff member to clear them from the field.
The next group showed up before 8pm and were ready to get in the field since we only had the field until 8pm. So out team completely cleared the field by 8:02pm. It was our first official new team practice so those 10 minutes makes a difference.

Staff should communicate field changes especially after we are told our field assignment.
