We bought 3 summer passes (拢50 each) for Go Air Swansea.
Every time we book in the staff tell us different stories.
First time our kids were allowed to go on they didn't need an adult, the second time they went on my wife had to go on to supervise my 5yr old and they charged her 拢10 for the privilege (even though she was just supervising).
The third time my family visited my wife had to supervise again (but no charge), this visit was an absolute shambles, the girl took our summer passes and told us she would book us in whilst the kids watch the video and give the passes back as we are leaving the video area.
I had to ask the girl (tall, long dark hair, glasses) for our passes back, she hadn't booked us in at that point and said she would and bring the passes over to us oh and because my wife is on supervising she would have to charge 拢5 for her.
25 mins later I had to go ask for the passes, the girl tried to act as though she hadn't seen me, so I had to ask a more competent member of staff (mid 30's skinny guy with tattoo's and a top knot) to leave the arena and supervising the bouncers, to sort out my passes.
All done in a minute or so, I can't understand why this girl on the front desk and the other girls who are normally there are so incompetent.
On the other hand the facilities are clean, tidy and the kids loved bouncing, but with only 1 competent member of staff how long will that last ?
