For 2 months, they refused to accept that the wrong sent article was their responsibility. Have been insisting to keep whatever have been delivered and enjoy, we will return only 25% of the original as a compensation.
Never seen anything like that before in online shopping. Whenever a wrong article is sent, the sender always takes the responsibility of returns/ full refund. In this case I have been insisted to enjoy ladies glasses instead of men's shoes I ordered.
