GO Voyages

My flights have been cancelled due to Covid-19. The airlines are offering money reimbursement according to European legislation. However is not one of the options provided by GoVoyages. This is a FRAUD! It is impossible to contact them. Extremely poor service. I will not use their services again.

Excellent help by Alok on the phone. Very professional and helpful with cancellation of my flight reservation.

Our flight has been cancelled by the airline company , called go voyage had to wait for over 3h with no success of course , and just receive an email confirming that my booking is confirmed and I can travel !! Seriously.
So I am lost canceled flight was scheduled for tomorrow Mar 15th and no one to talk to , sent an email no reply called again the call center and it is closed (it not a 24/24 h as they pretend

Absolutely the worst. System completely designed to rip you off.
You order and pay, and get an email stating that your booking has to be confirmed.
One day later your booking is cancelled.
They propose you to buy new tickets with 10 euro discount.
The original tickets, however, doubled in price.

Hidden charges /Good search engine to find flights – but once you proceed with booking your ticket there are hidden charges as you pay by card (the price goes up).
They tend to spam your mailbox. Then it becomes difficult to unsubscribe
