GO Voyages

Last year, May 2016 I booked two return trips to Goa (DEC-FEB) through Go Voyages with Air India and Jet Air as the supply airlines. In September Go Voyages informed me that the flights had changed and the proposed itinerary was no longer feasible. After some (unhelpful) discussion over the telephone I decided to cancel the flights and rebook. I asked Go Voyages to arrange a refund and they informed me that the airlines had agreed to do so and a full refund would come to my credit card (minus the commission for Go Voyages). I have contacted them over 20 times now and have still received no refund (we are talking a sum of 1,226.88 Euros). Further I have had NO RESPONSE to my many e-mails since 27/10/2016. This company should be banned from trading as an 'agent' for travel which would imply at least, some minimum level of service on their part. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I reserved 2 tickets from Madrid to Paris on September 4th through Go Voyages, which was recommended by Flight Network. I received an email confirmation of my purchase and my credit card was billed 235 euros. Three days prior to my departure from Madrid I still had not received my e-tickets and could get nowhere with the airline (Vueling) given that I did not have my booking code or e-ticket from Go Voyages. While I tried to reach Go Voyages, they were unreachable. The only numbers you can reach them at are pay-per-minute telephone numbers! Which company does that to their clients! I neverdid get my e-tickets from Go Voyage… and I had to buy 2 more tickets at almost triple the price on the eve of our scheduled business travel to Paris. They are a scam company and I just cannot understand how they can still exist. Check Trip Advisor for the hundreds of clients who have had the same experience with Go Voyage or Edreams. Beware, they are the same company, with Travellink ! Do NOT ever deal with any of them… look at the comments before booking with them… and if you do… be ready to buy other tickets and forego your hard earned money!
