Booked a flight online and paid extra attention to the date while doing so. After payment (non refundable) the booked flight showed the day after!!!
Go at very low cost at your own risk.
I will not talk bad about this practice as, despite personal proofs, it might be judged defamatory, and it appears that the concept of defamation is appreciated in a wide way to protect companies like the one mentioned above, and not the complainants, which, according to my personal opinion and a friend Lawyer, constitutes a violation of my constitutional right (1st amendment).
I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN BOOK WITH YGO VOYAGES AGAIN, AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL TO EVERYONE AROUND ME WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!
YOU PROBABLY THINK IT WON'T "TOUCH" YOU. WELL YOU UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF INTERNET…

Extremely bad … cancelled an Emirates ticket well in advance and was told I could not get a single cent refunded.. had I bought it through Emirates I would probably be refunded about 80%. I booked online and did not realise until payment that it was hijacked by another company… beware of these crooks

Tried to purchase tickets. After 5 days they declined my purchase, but blocked the amount on my credit card. Also they sent me the ticket for the flight back.
I can't get hold of them, so I have to talk to my Bank now.

We had a worst experience in using this. We paid on what on their site. But the problem is they only gave us the tickets going to Paris. We are waiting for the confirmation mail for the tickets going back in Rome but they didn't gave us. So when we are going back to Rome we went to the assigned airport that Govolo.it sent us that was too far !!!. The shocking part is we are not on the list of passenger of Ryanair. We explained that we already paid. But the ticket desk told us that maybe they didn't deduct the payment for the tickets going back to Rome. The problem with that they didn't informed us earlier so we can buy another tickets in the nearest airport. Luckily we have some extra money to buy another tickets..

Luckily i was on time to read these reviews, i have booked a flight, similarly got my confirmation with this following statement:

"This email is to confirm that your booking is being processed by our team.
Thank you for your booking received on 10/05/2015 regarding:
A round trip flight Newcastle (UNITED KINGDOM) / Paris (FRANCE)"

I've waited for three hours and found somethingg amissed thus tried to contact the website.. Little did i know theres no functioning contact number not were there reply to my email, and im flying on the next day! I called the airline and the staff informed me that my name is not in the system. I called my bank and tried to block my card and who know this thief alr gotten 35 euros from me, without issueing of ticket. Though they didnt take the full ticket price but this is definitely a fraud.
Not only i lost my time with this company, it caused significant stress for the fact that im flying tomorrow. As well, it's a last minute arrangement and now because of this thief, i have to bear this guilt. I don't even know if i could make it on time for this important event.

Approximately, two weeks before I use 鈥渄ohop.de鈥?for booked four online tickets. This website linked me, to GOVOLO Company for booking my tickets. I bought them and paid by credit card on 20/07/2011 but unfortunately, my credit card had a limitation (500 Euro per month), and I have forgotten this. On 21/07/2011, they sent an email to me, and they told that 鈥測our credit card has a limitation"鈥?and gave their bank account number to pay before the 23/07/2011 until 17:00. Because I transferred this money in the morning of the 23/07/2011 on Saturday by online banking, and I thought it is finished. On 24/07/2011 they sent an email again and told that 鈥渨e don't accept Internet bank transfer. A confirmation of the bank, with official stamp, has to reach us by fax or by e-mail before the date that we mentioned it in the last email (23/07/2011)鈥? Pay attention that 24/07/2011 was Sunday, and I sent a confirmation of the bank for the bank transferring in the morning of 25/07/2011. After that they told me your request is in the process. On 28/07/2011, I sent an email to them and told that 鈥渨here is my ticket??鈥?and today they tell me it is canceled!!!

If you are about to book a flight with GoVolo…Run! You are still on time, it is not too late!
If you did, then you may have experienced not having an e-ticket after you've paid for it…Sorry friend, but we are already a few, forget about the money, flight and lost time with the company.

Govolo offers flights cheaper than most others but can not be trusted. I bought 2 tickets in august 2009. I got the confirmation right away that my booking was received and tickets would be send after payment by creditcard was received. That was the last I heard from Govolo. After emailing Govolo to get information on the status of my booking one week later I didn't get any reply so booked the tickets elsewhere. However later I found out the payment was charged on my creditcard. So I emailed them to pay my money back. Then they finally replied and argued they did send the tickets. They were unable to show the original mail wih the e-tickets and I never received them. Haven't got my money back and they are not willing. Luckily it was just for a short flight and total damage 88 euro but imagine booking an expensive international ticket. You'll be safer buying your tickets elsewhere.

I booked 6 tickets (3 adults, 2 kids and one baby) for an international destination and after two weeks they decide do not be able to send to me the ticket for the baby: they say that I have to purchase the ticket at the air company鈥檚 front desk. They send to me one e-mail at 5:00 am asking an answer within 8:00 am. Of course I was able to answer in the afternoon and they simply (after two weeks) cancel my reservation. I have booked the tickets on line (and with a couple of phone calls) with someone else two days after.
