I contacted Go-train to enrol in one of the functional skills courses. At first it went all smoothly as I could send and be acknowledged of various documentation they required.
I was able to start the initial assessment but then I was asked to fill few other forms to complete enrolment by the person who was dealing with my application.
As the link did not work I emailed several times the person, but there was no reply.
I called the company and spoken with few other people but they all redirected me to that same person and sent email/messages on my behalf, but again no answer.
According to the company only one person could deal with the disrupted link but there was no way of making contact.
They were all very polite over the phone but that wasn't enough to receive a practical help.
I kept emailing the person but no response.
My question is: "Would you trust a company which relies on one person only who is able to send a simple working link?"
Results? I waisted my time for a month and delayed my application to University.
It is in my feelings that Go-train has an unacceptable and utterly unprofessional attitude towards prospect customers.
I would avoid Go-train because it is no matter of appreciating when things go well, rather when few things don't go to plan and they uncover a "not fit for purpose business"!
