Go To Breaks

GOTO BREAKS ARE A SCAM,MOSTLY THE DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, I paid $496 for 10 vouchers and contacted them 2 months before I needed ACcomodation,sent many emails ,they did not respond. THe gave me a list of Hotels which they use,I did not trust the so I contacted all the hotels they had named and none of them had ever heard of Gotobreaks,

Go to breaks is a scam. Keep away from this company. A full year ago they took no time at all to withdraw close to $800 from my account. I notified them in the first week of September 2019 to arrange accommodation for a holiday long before their 21 days notification. I have left numerous contact messages, phoned interstate many times but they don't pick up and emails, but no one has ever phoned me back. I did manage to finally catch a Marion on two of the long distance calls. Both times I was informed they would get back. Did not happen. On waiting for them my holiday period has approached. I tried to book at my destination but there was nothing available. The vouchers they sent have no business name nor contract number. I cant see any accommodations accepting those.

Go To Breaks is a scam. They took my money and sent me vouchers that no one accepts. The vouchers don鈥檛 have any business name or details on them. I tried to contact them but was directed to their website. I tried looking up hotels that participate in their discount program. I could not find one hotel anywhere. I asked for them to cancel my membership and refund my money as per their 10 business day cooling off period but they refuse to get back to me. I reported GO To Breaks as a scam to the ACCC and the WA scam watch. I received a phone call from WA scam watch. They are aware of the scam and are investigating them. Stay well clear of Go To Breaks!!!

We booked a New Zealand holiday for 12 days, staying at two different resorts, to get a feel for NZ. We were searching the internet for NZ holidays and GotoBreaks website showed us so many different resorts with loads of pictures and accommodation options and rates. When we needed to make an adjustment, we emailed or called and an answer came back very promptly. Thanks.
