I received a Volleyball with pump as part of my home workout after a broken leg. I am 58 years old. Love this ball for what I need. Good price, comes with pump. They donate a ball to Boys and Girls Club.

Website was slow at one point but the customer service was excellent ! I would use them again definitely!

We love our goSport games. For Christmas we purchased the Horse Race Derby Dash game for our son and his wife. We had so much fun playing the game that we ended up purchasing another for our own home. We laughed and cheered as our horses "galloped" down the straightaway. We each named our chosen horses and that added to the fun. We have played with 3 different groups and everyone had a great time. Of course we played the Call to the Post Music before each race. We recommend this game highly.

Ridiculous Service from Ms Anabelle for mistreating the customers on a simple refund policy matter and telling us that a mistake has been done on their part and they won't give anything in return for 90dhs except an "apology.

I have a problem with my purchase as well and I tried calling and followed up with emails which were ignored. I鈥檓 planning to take this up with the consumer agencies.

Placed an online order on the 16/09 paid immediately and to date no word from Gosport. They don't reply to any of my emails and there is no contact number for them. Service is disgusting to say the least. Dont know how to get my money refunded. Never dealt with such imcompetance in my life!!!!

I have put an order through the internet on the 18/02/2018. I have chosen to pay in the shop of la D茅fense. I did pay within 24 hours on the 19/02/2018. I paid 99.99 euros. I received an email after eight days informing me that the order was cancelled because I failed to pay within 72 hours after the 18/02/2018, which suppose to be the 21/02/2018. I called customer services. I sent emails explaining the problem with a copy of the receipt. The employee insisted that it wass a human error of the person in the shop and I have to go back to the shop to find a solution. He refused to apologise as he thought it was not his fault and its the shop's fault. I went to shop. No success. Then I received an email offering me to get refunded by sending my RIP. I refused as I wanted the order to be delivered. After 3 visits to the shop in la D茅fense an many emails, I am in a dead end path. La shop in la D茅fense have refused to refund me in my card blue that I paid with it. Gosport owes me 99.99 euros. I do not like the idea of sending my RIP to a place that I do not trust. Any advice?

GoSports has made a class of students in Tanzania very happy! The 12 soccer balls sent to them are now happily bouncing around smiling kids! The balls are super!

lousy service. Email says items dispatched. Nothing sent out after 5 days. on following up they say its the courier company's fault. On calling the courier company they say no item was ordered or picked up yet.

French sport goods website, nothing to worry about on here.

a totally unacceptable service & I'll never use it again!
I made an order for a bike for my son on 20/07/16 less than 24 hours later it was cancelled because there was none in stock, however the money was taken from my bank account & 8 days on I'm still waiting to be reimbursed despite them saying it will come in 5 working days or less (however they managed to take it out of my account after just 2 working days!)

Very beautifull and well designed site. I like this site very much.
