While I appreciate the fast and prompt response of the service call, I didn鈥檛 appreciate the installed to be in such a hurry and not answer all my questions or even give me hand in programming the machine. It only litter my takes less than 5 minutes, but he was in such a hurry. Sure it鈥檚 not what you came out for but going the extra mile in any business and making your customers happy, it鈥檚 definitely a lot worth than grabbing your money and go. Which btw they are very expensive for nothing! But just my thoughts…next time I will go to The Home Depot or something.

Reliable, knowledgeable and replaced old garage door opener in a timely manner. From the time Shawn arrived and he determined the problem, we discussed, I gave him the go ahead and he completed the job was about three hours.

Shawn (our technician) was fantastic! He explained everything and gave us an honest quote upfront. He was meticulous in his repair and cleanup!

I contacted Pro Garage Door to replace the springs on my rental property garage door. The Technician, Shawn, came out and fixed the door quickly and professionally. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely recommend the Oro Garage Door for your garage door repairs.

Before started, the service guy said it will cost $1,000 over for fixing the garage. I told him its too much and i will cancel it. and he charged me $289 for nothing.The guy didn't even fix my garage door but charge me $289 for consultation. He will not leave if i don't give him $289. bad service ever and i will never use this again.

Shawn did a great job. Gave us tips and explained what happened to the the garage door . He fixed it and let us know exactly what he did.

I Called Go Pro and explained my door problems. It was 3pm and they had a tech (Steve Martinez) out there before 4pm. I thought Steve was just going to assess the issues and set up a date for repairs. Instead my door was fixed within an hour and now functions better than it did before it broken down. Great WOW service from the company and especially Steve!!

We would like to thank Go Pro Garage Door's technician (Troy) for educating us on the damage to our garage door. What we thought was major damage turned out to be only minor damage. Troy was a down-to-earth individual whose since of humor kept us laughing. My husband and I forgot what Troy called his hammer, but his hammer was very useful. My husband and I knew we needed a new garage door. Troy assured us that he would be able to replace our garage door motor and haul away our old one within 45 minutes. Troy did not place any pressure on us to have garage door motor replaced. The decision was completely ours to make. After a short discussion my husband and I agreed to have him replace our garage door motor. He showed step by step procedures on how to use our garage door and maintain the upkeep on the brand new garage door. Troy is the kind of employee that any employer would like to have. We appreciate Go Pro Garage Door's prompt service and response time. We would recommend Go Pro Garage Door to family, friends, or anyone looking to repair or replace their garage door.
