Used them previously a lot but last night was accused of being an unreliable customer who they had problems with paying in the past. What! When I asked what that was and when the rude girls stopped hanging up when I called to ask what they were talking about, I was told they鈥檇 confused me with someone else. So that鈥檚 okay then? Are there any supervisors in this company or just a bunch of rude children? You鈥檙e only the number one taxi company due to lack of supply. Doesn鈥檛 mean you should provide awful service and be happy to do so. Train your staff and maybe get the odd one with a brain cell.

My driver was 40 mins late, unapologetic, rude to my wife, couldn鈥檛 see properly in the dark and should never been on the road. I felt unsafe throughout the journey from London to Oxford. And he nearly caused an accident on the way. A shocking experience at a cost of 拢118.

Would like to give 0 stars but it鈥檚 not possible! Terrible service – have regularly booked taxis to collect me from my train and they haven鈥檛 turned up so I have ended up cancelling and taking one from the rank. Then today I booked a taxi to take me to catch a train and the driver showed up 10 minutes late – not great when you鈥檙e on a tight schedule and got up before 6am to be on time! No apology or acknowledgment that she was late (and when I called the control centre they just said she鈥檚 on her way and it鈥檚 just due to traffic in a very grumpy way, like I was an inconvenience to them!) and when in the car she asked what time my train was and said she doesn鈥檛 think we will get there in time! Again, no apology or acknowledgment that this is her fault! I asked what was going on – if the traffic was particularly bad or something – and she said she didn鈥檛 know as she had just started! So no excuse for being late to pick me up!!! I am now concerned about missing my train as they are not regular and I can鈥檛 miss meetings with clients! DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!

My driver waited on wrong Rd despite me giving address. After he called I directed him to me. Lovely guy. Polite and chatty.
At the end of my journey he asked me for way too much money. Almost double what I regularly pay for same journey. He called his controller. I explained the issue.
The reply I got was on the edge of rude.
I won't be booking the most expensive taxi in Oxford again. 拢6 OVER EVERY OTHER LOCAL FIRM FOR A 3 MILE JOURNEY.

I am extremely disappointed. Requested GoGreen to do an airport pickup for a foreign friend of mine, but driver held up no name card so failed to pick the person up despite speaking with them!!
Confusion was then sorted and driver returned (was twenty minutes away by then).
GoGreen receptionist implied it was my fault for not asking them to hold up a name card. So I got charged twice. Would not use them again because of the rude receptionist.

I paid nearly double for the journey I usually take! Paid 拢21.80 for a trip that usually cost 拢10-拢12 with different companies.When I asked the driver to why there鈥檚 such a big jump in price his explanation was that it is because it is a Sunday?! It was a 6.3 mile trip… Imagine….
On top of that the car was dirty- mud on the back of the seats and not hoovered. Certainly not up to any standards.
I do not recommend this to any one, and I will never use this service again.

Hi Green. 拢55 from Goring to Abingdon. Turned off to Chilton before coming down A34 to Abingdon. Driver clueless, just said it鈥檚 what Google Maps said. No knowledge of the area. They are rubbish. Also we did not know they were coming, it was a local firm that passed on the fare. They are dreadful – don鈥檛 use them.

Called this morning to book a cab for my husband so he ask me for flight number obviously I鈥檓 checking my email to see if there鈥檚 one for some reason he was asking me question and I cannot see my emails on my phone n talk at th茅 same time to make it worse I was at the supermarket and all of sudden he start shouting at me!!! I didn鈥檛 like it my Monday morning was crapp! They just employ horrible ppl

would NOT recommend using this taxi service. Every time I have used Go Green there has been an issue: either the taxi is late ( and you are not even warned ) or the taxi driver has been over worked and is tired. I have even been left stranded at the airport for an hour, because my taxi did not show up. Worth spending a bit more for a better taxi service.

Just completely incomplete and will just increase your blood pressure if you use them you have been warned. Two weeks ago I booked this company for a pickup and then cancelled it before the car was despatched however they still charged me 拢5 as I foolishly used their app which had my credit card details. Got a response, it was a 鈥渟ystem鈥?error and I did get my money back, needless to say I removed my credit card details.
On Saturday I booked a car 2 1/2 hours before I needed collection. 4 minutes after the collection time, the app says your driver is 30 minutes away. No phone call, no apologies, no explanation. Contacted them directly to be told operations are looking into it. This company is beyond useless. How sending a Mercedes from Wallingford for my fair is 鈥済reen鈥?is beyond me. Just no good words to say about this awful company. Please avoid for your sanity

We booked and paid for a car to collect myself and my daughter from Wimbledon yesterday. They were supposed to arrive at 5:30pm. The driver, knowing he would be late as his sat nav would have indicated this, didn't give us the courtesy of a text or telephone call to warn us and therefore my daughter and I were left standing on the street for 1 hour and 45 minutes – the car finally arrived at 7:15pm. Not once did the company phone us to find out if we were ok, I had to call several times to find out where they were and was treated as an annoyance. When the car arrived, the driver didn't apologise once. We finally got a call from someone when we were in the car and were told "don't take it out on the driver". Do not rely on this firm and certainly do not rely on them if you are going to be alone with a child in an area you are unsure of – you will receive no help and you will literally need to beg for an apology. And, expect to pay too. Shambolic and simply awful customer care.

This would have been the first time we would have used this company they did not turn up! This was to take an elderly man and my husband from Redbridge park and ride to the tourist office as the gentleman has been very poorly and this was to be his first evening out in a few years. No phone call to give as much as an excuse. Disgusted would not use as obviously not trust worthy and not even decent enough to phone and apologise.

Car arrived…..100 meters down the road from my house.
5 mile journey to GWP……….拢16.50!!!!!
Complete and utter Rip off.
Then said at least we are cheaper than Pryors, which they most definitely are not.
Will never use this rip off company again.

Absolutely brilliant.
I really cannot say how great Go Green Taxis were for me today! I was running so late for a job interview I had wanted for five years and I was in a complete perdicament and my driver went out of his way to provide me with travel options and he managed to get me there in time for all of the important parts of my day and he also was so nice and personable during the journey that I managed to calm down and by the time I entered my interview everything was so much better.
Genuinely an honest service, couldn't improve upon that customer service if you tried!

Completely unreliable. Left me stranded with my elderly mother at Gatwick, when I called they said they thought the flight was late, however, I had called from Las Palmas airport confirming it was on time.
Driver told me he was given the job while far to far away to be on time, and told the office this.
Cannot say how terrible the customer service is. Will never use this company again, complete cowboys

We booked two taxis but only one was able to find its way to us on the Broadway in Didcot. They called us and we explained where we were but this was met with call the call centre to change your location! I explained that the destination had not changed and we hope that they could actually find us where the others taxi had!!! Terrible we walked home!

Very unrealiable service
