You have to redeem the gift card on their website which sends you through an endless loop. After many unsuccessful attempts to redeem, customer service responded with an e-mailed gift card. However, it did not work with the vendor because of a zero balance and created somewhat of an embarrassment. Customer service did reissue a gift card with the correct balance.

It was so easy to find want I want and easy to pay. I loved it. It was the best way to give something to people who i new they could afford material things so give them a experience like them too much.

By reading other reviews of Go Dream here at TrustPilot I realize that I am not the only one who find Go Dream's business practice deeply problematic.
On 26th December 2018, we received a cinema gift card from Go Dream worth DKK 299 (about EUR 40).
We tried to activate it just one year after on 25th December 2019, to find that the 12-month expiry date of the gift card was from the date of purchase.
We have no idea when before 26th December 2018 the gift card was purchased, but it was probably about 1 month before.
This means we received a gift card only with about 11 months validity thus already expired around November 2019.
We contacted Go Dream to inquire if this could really be true which they confirmed.
Using this practice Go Dream can put the DKK 299 directly in their pockets with 100% profit.
In my opinion this is highly critisisable way of doing business.
I would definitely warn you to purchase any gift cards with Go Dream!

Go Dream had a wide range of experiential gifts, with something available for nearly every price range. The buying experience was very easy, and I appreciate that there were no hidden fees when I went to check out. Would definitely use again.

go dream has tours that are no longer available……in fact they have not even been offered for over a year! They never answer their phone….so i was forced to buy the tickets instead of being told who their "partner" was who gave the tour so i could call and ask if they had availability for the days i was in town. terrible customer service and now i have to take time to go thru the motions of getting a refund! update your site…. answer your phone!

I was gifted a $100 voucher for a 'Date Night Dinner'. I go to the website, register my information, I see no restaurant list and all I can see is "These booking possible entirety requires that the partner contacted directly".
I contacted customer service with a screenshot, zero response.

I was introduced to Go Dream by a friend-what an awesome company. I was looking for a gift and found so many cool experiences. I decided to buy the Rainforest Cafe Experience for my sister. I will definately use Go Dream again

We used Go Dream for our honeymoon trip to New York City. It was an interesting way for guests to provide gifts in the form of experiences for us to enjoy on our trip. However, the experiences did not work as well as expected.
First, we had to personally call the restaurants and set up reservations. None of the restaurants I called knew what I was talking about when I told them we had Go Dream certificates. (Keep in mind these are restaurants listed on the Go Dream website as choices to use the experience on). When we finally were ready to visit our first restaurant, we found out it was not even open. We ended up going to a different restaurant on the list from Go Dream and they were unfamiliar with the certificates as well. We ended up getting them to accept it, but not without paying in addition to the cost of the certificate. (This cost was never reimbursed by Go Dream, which I feel should have been done for our troubles as the charges should not have been applied to us.)
After this poor experience, I reached out to Go Dream for assistance and received excellent customer service. One specific member of the team worked with me to find a suitable restaurant to make up for the first one that was closed. He provided me options and went out of his way to try and make things work for us. In the end, we found something that worked and all is well.
Overall, Go Dream was an excellent idea – it just seems to not be executed properly at the moment. I feel as if not all of the "partners" know enough about Go Dream and that caused a lot of issues. I think it would be better if all booking and reservations were done on Go Dream's end and as the customer, I would simply receive a confirmation with details of the reservation date and time. This way Go Dream can make sure the partner understands what is included and there are no surprises for the customer.
The customer service I received has made me feel as if all the problems we had encountered were not worthless and I would be more open to recommending Go Dream if they could make it easier for the customer and make the partners more aware of how it works.

This is not a concierge service at all … I should have been paid for doing all the leg work and phone calls. I initiated the process on March 25 and there was no follow-up and only ONE SUGGESTION of where to stay. We lost the weekend day we needed because of their poor service and response, and now must take off from work to stay at a winery that I SUGGESTED. And pay more than our original gift certificate. Go Dream finally booked our reservation on April 24, a whole month since my first request. Not sure how they remain in business.
