Experience with GO CONFIGURE was a nightmare. Their tech showed up 5 hrs late to the appointment, then unpacked the boxes on our patio, stated he ll finish the job the next day and then DISAPPEARED!. I spent hours on the phone with go configure but was repeated told he will show up the next day, and then the next day and then the next day. Finally Sams club was nice enough to accept our return. However, now we have a patio and playyard full of screws, tools and planks which is dangerous for our 2 year old. Not only she is disappointed that her swing set did not get assembled but now she can not play in our back yard! When we requested Go configure to send someone to atleast put all the planks etc back in the box so we can hire a pick up truck and figure out a return, they blatantly REFUSED! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Can you imagine the excitement of ordering a beautiful Gazebo from a company (Sams Club) and then the anticipation of sitting in your backyard enjoying it? Well, that's exactly what my husband and I did when we ordered a Gazebo from Sams Club. We received it on April 26th. That was when the nightmare began.
I don't know if you Sams Club is aware of what a horrible company they use for the installation process. I wish we had known when we ordered the Gazebo. We never would have bothered. The first crew that the installers (Go Configure) sent, came on May 5, 2020. This was a crew of five (5) guys. They came three hours later than when they told us. They were here for 8 1/2 hours (yes that's eight and one-half hours). They didn't accomplish much. The frame was almost put up. Then after the 8 1/2 hours, they told my husband that the hardware was all bad and they would have to order new ones. The leader of the crew gave my husband his cell phone and told him to call when the part came. After a week or so, my husband called and found out that the parts were never even ordered, so the guy on the phone put through the order. We waited for another week or so for them to come. When they did, we called for a new installation. As is Go Configure's apparent procedure, we were told that they would contact us with a new day and time by the next day. Of course, they never called. Again, we called them and were told that they apologize for the inconvenience and that we would get a new date and time again by the next day. A few days later we finally got word that a new crew would come. On June 7th a new installer came. He spent five minutes in the backyard with my husband and after looking at the pieces spread all over our backyard, told my husband, that the first crew damaged the roof pieces and they couldn't be used. So they would have to order new ones.
Again, no call, no tex, no email. After several calls, my husband was told that the order was never placed and it would be done immediately. After more than a week again, the parts came. We reached out to the installer to let him know and were told that we had to go through Co Configure. Which of course we did, but got another song and dance about being contacted by the next day with a date and time. That call never came. Again, we called and were told the same thing. This is the reply we have been getting for the last three days. No call comes, no text, no email.
It has now been more than two months from the time our dream of enjoying a beautiful Gazebo has turned into a horrible nightmare. Because of this incompetent company, we cannot even enjoy our backyard in this beautiful summer weather. There is no room to sit because of the Gazebo parts laying all over our patio. Our furniture is stacked along the fence because of no room. As a result of this aggravation, I have been researching online about this company. The nightmare stories I have been reading are appalling. I don't know how this company is even allowed to be in business. We need a solution to this issue and we need it now.

Go Configure fencing is not good. Go Configure is used by Home Depot for fencing. Before I tell you about my complaint I wanted to explain to you I have been a loyal Home Depot customer for many years. I have done many home projects including new kitchen cabinets in two homes, flooring installation, window, and door installation, the projects we have done over the years have been over $150,000 in business to Home Depot including a fencing project for over $30,000 on a 1.4-acre property in Upper Saddle River NJ. I have had no complaints so far for any of the projects except for a project we did with Go Configure for fencing. Over the last 2 years, we have been trying to work with Home Depot Customer service and Go Configure to get the fencing left on our property returned. There is around $5000 worth of vinyl fencing that has remained in our back yard because Go Configure refused to return the fencing. The project started and there was significant rain in the northeast so Go configure could not complete the project. Once we received the permits from the State of NJ NJDEP, the fencing was required to be installed with pilings in the wetlands areas without concrete. Go Configure would not install the fencing with pilings. So they returned the cost of labor but they refused to pick up the remaining fencing materials which are in the order of $5000 dollars and refund the money for the fencing on my home depot card. We have spoken to Home Depot customer support for the last year and they will not allow the return of the product and reimbursement.

STAY AWAY! PLEASE LISTEN!!!!
My husband and I paid for installation on May 10th. ($350) An entire week went by and no one (not a single technician) contacted us. After I decided to call (over 4 times that week) the staff continued to lie and say they were assigning a new tech and they are reaching out to the tech鈥檚 鈥渄istrict supervisor鈥? This back and forth continue for 2 WEEKS AFTER they took our money!!
Finally after I again had to call 2 times in one day to light a fire under the 鈥渢echnician鈥?He finally sends a confirmation for installation and surprise surprise鈥?the installation date they are coming is over a month away (June 18th) I鈥檓 heartbroken and disgusted. This company is insensitive and full of people who lie. Quick to take your hundred of dollars but will not follow up with service. Do not feel like you are at their mercy. STAY AWAY!

WORST EVER!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR, THEY CALL YOU THE DAY OF INSTALLATION TO CANCEL / RESCHEDULE, THEY ARE NOT AT ALL SYMPATHETIC ABOUT YOUR MONEY, YOU COMPLAIN TO THE PERSON WHO SCHEDULES THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY SAY " SO THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT IS…….." i PURCHASED ON 03/18/20 AND TODAY IS 05/08/20 STILL NO PERGOLA, IT WAS AN ADDITIONAL $430 TO HAVE IT PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED AND NOW THEY SAY ONE MORE WEEK, THE VERY THING I THOUGHT WOULD HAPPENED, DID (THE PERGOLAS HAS BEEN AT SAMS CLUB SINCE 03/18, AND OF COURSE THEY SOLD IT NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SAM'S CLUB TO REORDER) I'M DISAPPOINTED WITH BOTH COMPANIES……

TERRIBLE COMPANY WORST SERVICE!
We ordered a play set through Sams Club and paid for the assembly. This was company assigned to put the equipment together. They canceled on us twice, and now installation is pushed back a month past the original set date. Who knows if that day will even work! They refuse to move around their schedule to fit us in earlier. Absolutely no costumer service. They are not worth the install money. Get your own contractor, don't waste your time. TERRIBLE!

This is THE WORST service I have ever seen. After having appointment confirmed 3 times THE TECH DID NOT SHOW UP AND, WORSE YET, DIDN'T EVEN CALL! Now, I allegedly have to be rescheduled to back of the line. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. HIRE A LOCAL HANDYMAN YOU TRUST.

The worse Company ever!!!!!
Like one of the customers below, we ordered a playground set for our toddler via Sams Club on 3/31/2020. We also paid additional money ($700) to have the playground installed by "Professionals".
We were extremely exited about our order, since we knew our child would be thrilled, especially given the current stay-at-home orders.
We were informed our order would arrive on April 22nd and a "Professional" from Go Configure (joke of a Company) would be installing our playground on this day. The shipment arrived on April 21st. On April 22nd, the Installer came by our home (solo man, no crew). He said he was just here to check out the place make sure we had everything in order. He could have just called us to confirm this information, as we had everything ready for him to get started. He then opened one of the delivery boxes, felt a bag of screws/bolts, and said that we were missing parts. He said it would take him 3 days to build our playground, and that he probably had the "missing bolts" at home. We didn't hear form him again, the following day, we received an apology e-mail from SamsClub stating they were sorry about our order and that they would be shipping our missing parts soon. Once we had the tracking information, we reached out to Go Configure to get an appointment ASAP, as the order was arriving on 4/29/20; however, they were not able to help me. I then got Sams Club involved and later that day I got an e-mail confirmation from Go Configure stating they would come out on May 14th. I was beyond upset! Since I've been trying to get them to give me a new appointment, to-date, no SUCCESS.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I'll be posting a review under Sams Club so others are not fooled and pay money to this mess of a Company.

Worst mistake ever hiring this company. They were hired to put together a 12×12 gazebo. The first team they sent was 1oo% incompetent . They showed up without a ladder. They said the job would take one day. After 2 days of almost no headway, they left and never returned. Not so much as a phone call from anyone. Everything sat in the pouring for 3 days. I went out and collected the hundreds of screws, nuts, bolts and other parts that were scattered all over the yard. After weeks of dealing with the company over the phone and people not showing up, I tried to go with someone else. The other company refused to touch the job because they said the little work that been done was so poorly put together it was unsafe. The second crew was to get up, but there were hundreds of screws left overs. Don't ever trust this company. They are dishonest and only card about money. Run like your hair is on fire.

Worst customer experience I鈥檝e ever had, ever. I truly wish I could give zero stars. We bought a playground set online from Sams Club in February with 鈥減rofessional instillation.鈥?The third party, Go Configure, was supposed to do the instillation. They scheduled an appointment to assemble in late March. I called and asked for an earlier appointment and was told their weren鈥檛 any. When the person showed up in late March and began taking the pieces out of the boxes, he discovered a piece of wood was split. He said he couldn鈥檛 install it and needed to order another piece of wood and would be back in a few days. A few days later I get a notice that he will be back to install in May. I spoke to at least 5 employees, who didn鈥檛 help at all. No one cares about the customer at this company. They said that they can鈥檛 make the installers do anything to come sooner because they are contractors and hold no power of them…. essentially this is just one awful third party contracting to other awful third parties. I got my money back (which took forever) and hired a handyman, this was the best decision ever. DO NOT EVER USE GO CONFIGURE, you will regret it. Sams Club really needs to choose a reliable, reputable company to do instillation work with.

NO SHOW…NO SHOW AND THEN NO SHOW a third time. Maybe they do good work but my experience was they did no work at all. Excuses and out right lies well that they would receive 5 馃専. I was able to find someone local on my own to assemble this for the same price. If you use them you will find yourself angry and will wish you never dealt with this company. Sam's club would be smart to disassociate with this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a swing set for my kids. I didn鈥檛 want to deal with setting up myself so I called go configure. Was charged $275 and was told a tech would call me within 48 hours to schedule a call. A week went by no call. I called them back and was told a new tech would be assigned and to give it 48 hours. Guess what, no call. At this point I called and asked to speak to a manager. Was told a manager would call me back. Never got a call. Finally after two weeks, I called and was told another tech has been assigned. Moments later got a text saying my appt was for two weeks out between 8am-4pm. I just accepted it. The day before the tech was scheduled I received another text saying the tech would be there between 4pm – 8pm. I called immediately and told them this wouldn鈥檛 work. On the swing set box it says it鈥檚 an 8 hour job with two people. I was told the tech assured then he would get it done. Tech showed up at 540. Sun going down. Was told by tech 鈥渄on鈥檛 worry I鈥檒l get it done鈥? Guess what? He didn鈥檛 get it done. At 830 he rand my bell and said he promised to come back tomorrow. I called him at 3pm to see when he would be here he said he may not get to it today. I called GoConfigure main number. Got a manager on the line who put me on hold for over 12 minutes while he called the tech. Before he even got back I got a text saying the tech rescheduled for another week out. I asked for a refund and am now stuck with a half out together swing set with all the pieces scattered in my yard. DO NOT USE. Hire a local handyman for anything you need.

I purchased an exercise equipment and the company assigned GoConfigure to set it up.
Initially I was a bit worried that I would end up trying to put this exercise equipment together myself after reading the reviews.
Upon arrival the gentleman assured me he was knowledgeable and he proved it by completing the job in a timely manner, did a quick check to ensure it was properly assembled, and cleaned up his work area.
Although I can鈥檛 vouch for all assemblers of GoConfigure, but I can say Calvin took pride in the configuration job that was assigned to us.

Although the installers did an excellent job, I gave a one rating because of the absolute nightmare it was to schedule the assembly of a playset we purchased through Sam's Club, with Go Configure. Two dates were scheduled, and both of them cancelled at the last minute, the second one was cancelled two hours before they were to arrive to start. So, we took off a total of three PTO days of work to be present for the assembly, as someone 18 or older had to be there. Three days of PTO lost, and all we got was basically an, "ooopsie." The original customer service people were very nice, but as i went up the chain to the supervisor, Sarah, the customer service was lacking. After insisting to speak with her manager, I was connected to Brianna. Brianna was very polite, and apologized for the loss of PTO days and said she would do what she could to get us a credit of at least $100, but we had to wait until the assembly was completed (as i told her i was about to cancel this order). Once the assembly was done, i called and Brianna stated that although she tried to get the $100+ credit, her higher ups refused. Too late now, the work had been done….not good Go Configure, not good. This poor review is due to Sarah and Brianna's higher ups.

I called to cancel my order 10 minutes after I placed it; after speaking with someone on the phone and realizing I probably didn鈥檛 have room for the play set I ordered. I was told to call the next day to make sure the refund was processed. The following day was a Saturday; the woman Hilda said no worries she saw it processed Friday night.
I decided to call again on Monday figuring I should double check because this was all happening on the weekend. Today is Thursday a full 6 days later- and I wrote them an email. My bank processes refunds fairly quickly and it had never taken this long before.
The district coordinator Jesse Radnour just sent me a receipt of the refund. After reviewing it, I see that they only just today processed the refund; likely right after I emailed them.
I emailed again asking them to clarify why the date said today despite being reassured TWICE over the phone that it was already put through.
This person brushed me off and told me I could call back if I wished to discuss it- meaning I could talk to another low level employee who obviously on three occasions couldn鈥檛 get the refund processed.
Terrible customer service; zero accountability- they really just don鈥檛 care!
If I hadn鈥檛 emailed I STILL would not even have my refund processed a solid week later!
You are way better off finding someone local on Craigslist! It was cheaper and you wouldn鈥檛 have to deal with poorly trained people who don鈥檛 give a sh!t about customer service!!!

My husband passed away in May and I have been healing and decided to try to redo my house. purchased this chair from Amazon the day it was supposed to come it snowed so go configure called and said they would come the next day. I teach a class during the time they were coming and told him I needed a different time so they just canceled my order. So I had to start all over again ordering from Amazon I asked that they would not use this company she said they weren鈥檛 sure who the company would be until after it was shipped and assigned.. Well it is them again and I鈥檓 having the same problems with them keep calling and I called and they keep assuring me that it鈥檚 going to come but I have no faith after seeing all the bad reviews all over the Internet and having that horrible experience with them. Before you buy something with a company make sure they don鈥檛 use this company to deliver it鈥檚 very

JUST CAN'T SEEM TO DELIVER
I placed an order from Amazon for a Cabinet bed FOR $2000.00 on July 8, 2019. First bed finally got returned as local delivery person could not deliver over a four week period, truck broke, ran out of time…. I returned the bed to Amazon, my guests stayed in a hotel!
Second order was placed on 9/5/19 delivered on 9/23/19 WRONG ITEM, not go configures fault, but hey! so…I figured we have time before Thanksgiving – well
Amazon ships new bed. Due to be delivered on 10/14/19 RAIN well we would not want to deliver in the rain now would we?? so rescheduled for 10/28 between 4 and 8 – I is now 8:46, no deliver, no bed and "technician" employee can not be found, texted, called, emailed both him and his supervisor NO ONE CAN BE FOUND.
I am disappointed in Go Configure and Amazon for letting them deliver Amazons product.
Amazon, get a new delivery service.

I bought a new bed and mattress from Blu Dot and paid for the assembly service. Two men came and were very helpful and went above and beyond what they expected to do. I was most pleased and gave them a good tip. I would us them again.

The same guy came out to fix my treadclimber he did a great job last time and this time he came out to hear the click sound thats been driving me nuts. He will b back when i get the parts .
