Go City

I purchased a 2-day all inclusive pass for Miami in February for a trip in May. This was long before any government mandated shutdown, or before WHO designated this a global pandemic. Fast forward 2 months and now EVERYTHING that the pass covers is closed indefinitely, and my trip to Miami is also cancelled. When I tried to get a refund, I have been told repeatedly that they won't refund my money since it's been over 30 days, but have graciously extended the expiration until Feb 2022. My travels plans are booked through April 2022 already and I'm not going to any city covered by GoCity. To book a trip with airfare to a city I don't want to go to just to use a $200 pass is asinine. No one could have predicted this pandemic would impact everyone as it has. Every other company is refunding money, even the places covered by GoCity are offering refunds if you bought a physical ticket from them. HORRIBLE refund policy that I will have my lawyer be looking into since there is no force majeur clause in their contract and couple that with the defense of frustration of purpose – when a change in circumstances makes one party's performance virtually worthless to the other. What they are doing is ILLEGAL.

I would purchase again, even though we went "out of season" we still definitely got our money's worth and got to see so many things! It was nice just to be able to show our pass for most attractions and just walk in or show the pass and get tickets (for some). We got the 3 day pass. I would recommend it.

Don鈥檛 pre-buy these tickets! We bought the 3 day passes which expire 30 days after you use one of them. We went to Universal then all the remaining attractions closed because of rain. Go City refused to help extend our passes so we are out our money. Can鈥檛 use them later as we are out of state and kids have to go back to school.

Buying th Go City pass is a great way to see the sights!

Very satisfactory experience, all advantages with the go city card; the attractions where you had to pay a supplement deserved it.
Just note that the company that carries the "shearwater" night sailboat by the Hudson is not serious (manhatan by sail), since a few hours before departure they canceled the ticket, which was already paid, for oversold. At least they returned the money, but it is not something that one can easily repeat when traveling from the other side of the ocean

Loved using and having the GoCity card. It was totally easy and effortless. As soon as I told someone I had the pass, they knew what to do and away we went! Will totally use again with traveling!

Cost saving an effective with great choices!

Overall I definitely thought the pass was a great value. We did the 5 day pass. The only thing I didn鈥檛 like was that we could not book our show tickets in advance, you need to go every day to the ticket office and need to get there early because they sell out. I have also used the go city pass in Chicago and New York and will purchase again in the future when available on future vacations.

We definitely got our money鈥檚 worth in Boston, even in the middle of winter. I鈥檓 so glad we decided to get the pass, because we had experiences we wouldn鈥檛 have otherwise. Love it!

Aussie Mum purchased x3 tickets for school holidays (5 options on each ticket). Used 2 options with my child and her Grandmother (I shouted my pensioner mum a day out). I'd planned to use rest in the 30 days. All good. I thought…TILL I see my bank account

My account has been debited in USD (not AU). So my PayPal account says $313.50 DR (what I expected) BUT my bank account says $476.81 DR. I DID NOT AUTHORISE this company to take an extra $163.31 (AU) from me. There is NOTHING in their Terms & Conditions about this charge being in USD.

Look at the prices advertised and tell me if you can see any notations next to them, indicating what currency they are in?

Supposedly this currency was to have shown at "point of sale" – I can guarantee you it did not. Unfortunately I do not have a screen shot of that, however I have been in touch with Go City & supplied them with screen shots of their Terms & Conditions – they most certainly DO NOT mention the charges being in US dollars.

The company are not willing to work with me on this situation and are just stonewalling me with the same response. They are offering me 10% ($31.35 USD) back …this is only $45.83 Australian.

I'm am now crying, it has absolutely ruined the little bit of joy I had in time spent with my child (I had 2 weeks of leave this holiday period)…we've stayed home most of those precious days because of the bush-fires & smoke (we live in Sydney's blue mountains). It finally seemed safe & smoke free enough to leave our home, and spend a day or two out in Sydney city itself doing some 'touristy' things…but I feel like I have been completely ripped off. Had I just bought the tickets at the attractions, total price would have been $270. I've been charged almost $500.

I am only asking Go City – in good faith -that they give me back the extra $163.31 charged, because THEY did not TELL ME about it being USD prices. I'm not asking for the whole payment back. So very upset. Should be so simple, shouldn't it…good customer service and putting yourself in others shoes 🙁

Not worth it.
I purchased a seven day Go-Dubai pass.
We could have saved a lot more had we purchased online passes to individual attractions.
There are also a few hidden costs, that you may be asked to pay additional costs at attraction entrance.
Also, the entry is standard access to many attractions like IMG work of adventure, Atlantis water park, Snow world, Ferrari world, you do not have access to many rides and thrill.
Should you want to enjoy those rides you will be asked to pay more.

Easy to use and the savings are incredible, it's a must if it's available in the city your visiting!

Very disappointed by the fact that there was absolutely no 芦聽skip the lines聽禄 benefit.

Empire State: 2 hours
9/11: 2 hours

There is indeed saving on the prices but the information/marketing is completely misleading regarding the queues.

Poor Service
The Go City after sales service is pathetic.

This is absolutely the best way to see Vegas! I had absolutely no problems using it at any place. Both shows I attended put me in excellent seats. (1st row at the Blue Man Show and 3rd row center for the comedy show, with a 9.99 up charge for the comedy show, but it was worth it.) You can鈥檛 get everything done but it was definitely worth the money. Make sure you read the third section on each part, it tells you who to call and where to pick up tickets.

Easy to use and no problems at any attraction I visited. Great customer services and always respond to queries. I went xmas period and had no probs getting in(family of 4) I chose 7 attractions and that was plenty ove 4 days.

We sat at stops for over 20 mins. Especially stop #1. That was far too long in my opinion. The tour guide talked constantly and not about the city. It was just chit chat. I could not focus on looking at anything.

This pass is highly recommended. Easy to use & all the attractions you want in vegas. Its cost effective if you plan your days ahead. Plan what you want in advance as some attractions need pre book. Walking tour downtown was excellent! If its sightseeing & shows you want get this pass!!

Very useful. We saved a lot

This pass made our trip to Vegas seamless. There鈥檚 so much to do, and having this both allowed us to do things we wouldn鈥檛 normally as well as kept us busy throughout the week! Highly recommend. The savings is a great perk too!
