At first, Go-Britain were helpful arranging an exchange of some sneakers to a different size. Then, the new shoes arrived聽鈥?in exactly the same size. I re-ordered the shoes in the size I needed, and they did come eventually (some weeks after the initial order), but the company would not refund me for the additional cost of posting my return 鈥撀爀ven though they told me beforehand that they would. It's already expensive to return (you have to pay about 鈧? postage), and I had to do it twice, even though this was the fault of the company. Unacceptable and misleading customer service.
