This is the best computer service. Nathan is the greatest. I had to change a gaming computer case from my old one to a new one I bought, and he did the transfer so quick and efficient. The cable management was top shelf. All around great services and at a great price!

Yet again, Nathan came to the rescue. Some sort of bug wouldn't allow me to login into my own username and he fixed it remotely. You guys work miracles, knowing you're around keeps me from stressing over technology. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Gnome Computers is the best. My hard drive crashed, completely shutting down my laptop. As my hard drive was an SSD it was expensive to replace, but Gnome Computers found a great deal for me at half the price! They even pick up and drop off your equipment.

A few weeks after my repairs were made my laptop started making a funny noise. I told Gnome Computers about the noise and they took my laptop in for a free diagnostic and repair — a fan was going out.

I highly recommend Gnome Computers. Especially if you're in the Uptown area.

After two previous repair efforts by other companies failed, Nathan fixed a gnarly mess of computer issues for me, and he did it in the time frame he said he would, and his price was fair and reasonable. He is dependable and knowledgeable about all issues relating to computers, plus he picks up and drops off the PC, which is so much easier for me! Any time I have a PC issue, I know where to go!

What a great experience! After my computer crashed and I called in a panic, Nathan came over within an hour, got it up and running, and cleaned it up so it's running better than it has in a couple of years. Very reasonable cost. I'm a satisfied customer!

The gnomies are one of the best local businesses in NOLA. Great customer service (seriously!!), amazingly competitive pricing – they'll even help you find and order replacement parts and scour the web for the best deal, and PROFESSIONAL quality work from their hardware installs to their graphic design work. I won't bother calling anyone else, they're that awesome 🙂

Believe the hype! Laptop went down late one evening. The gnome team came over at night in the rain to check it out and start the process. Though my laptop could not be saved, he made sure that he did everything in furtherance of recovering my hard drive. Which he did. Now I am up and running again. As a business owner this is the best I could hope for. Oh, and when he dropped off my computer, he actually helped me set up and configure my new laptop at no charge. This is now and forever my go to computer repair and consulting shop!!

Nathan helped fix my computer. He arrived shortly after calling him and knew what the issue was in the first few minutes. He offered a loan computer(no charge) until mine was repaired. A lot cheaper than other options in town.

Lesley is one of my best friends from college. We live thousands of miles apart now, unfortunately. She was still the first person I called for help with my new webcam. I could not get it to work to save my life! She hooked me up with Nathan who dialed in and had it working in NO TIME!! Why would I go to anyone else again??

Amazing!!!! Affordable!!!! Incredible!!!! Nathan came to my house within 30 minutes. He fixed my problem in 10 minutes and because we still had time in the hour I was already paying for he stayed and cleaned up my computer etc! I would recommend their services to anyone!!!!!

My brother game me a Sony Vaio laptop as a gift a few months back. It belonged to his wife and seeing as it was riddled with horrible viruses she had given up on trying to fix it and instead decided to just buy an Apple computer instead. Now I'm thinking I'll just do a factory reset and save myself the trouble of weeding out the viruses. To make a long story short… I deleted everything… including the operating system. Even better I didn't have the system restore discs to fix it. Basically, I epically failed.

So I looked around for months trying to find someone to fix it but I don't drive so it was always an issue of finding a ride or they just wanted WAY too much to re-install the operating system I already had a key for.

I browsed around on Yelp and found Gnome computers and decided to give them a shot. Nathan came within the hour to pick up my laptop from my house and within a few hours he had called me back to say everything was just about done. Unfortunately, my power supply had died but he had the computer fixed before the battery on my laptop went out. Nathan offered to go and purchase a new power supply for me but I decided, being a picky shopper, that I'd buy my own. He helped me Via text to pick the best one for my money then met me at my house by the time I was done shopping. We plugged the laptop in and it worked perfectly, he even helped me to download all the necessary updates and gave me some great advise on a new router.

Nathan is worth every penny and even then his prices are exceedingly low for the service he renders. Also he's a SUPER nice guy, not creepy in the least, I'm a young lady who lives alone and I felt absolutely comfortable having him in my apartment.

I know I'll be going back to him for any computer issues in the future.

I love Gnome! Nathan came to my house on Christmas day and installed a video card that I received as a present. This company is hands down the best in town, and possibly the only business I know that was open on Christmas day (and all other holidays)! Thanks again, you guys are awesome!!!
