I purchased a bracelet & wore it 4 times (one of the rope design parts came off – as below). I followed all care instructions. The EXCUSE from Gnoce was a "one off production issue".
As I liked the bracelet, I agreed to have another sent to me which they wanted to charge ME $6 for shipping! Imagine! Ofc i didn't pay it. Received the replacement and FIRST time I wore it, the same thing happened! Now they are pleading with me to give them another chance!
What kind of company is this after I have rightfully asked for a refund twice since the 2nd one broke?! Absolutely shocking, I have never dealt with such terrible customer service and shockingly cheap made product.
