Do not buy from GNJ or First Choice Car Sales.

GNJ/First Choice sold me a faulty car. It failed after 1 day.

It took several months and involvement of the small claims court to get some of my money back. I am still out over 拢500.

They were charming before I bought the car, but became rude and sometimes even abusive following the sale.

Do not buy from them. I am shocked to see they are still operating after this time.

STAY AWAY! Read reviews on uk trust pilot, google reviews and other review sites before, he also deals under First choice car sales. Still owes me 拢250 of an agreed refund, which I took a loss on, just to try and recoup some money after rejecting a full refund. Constantly called him asking him for it, but he ignores all calls and texts from me, and only picks up when it鈥檚 not my number. He used the excuse of being at his mother鈥檚 birthday twice in the space of 4 weeks, so he was unable to talk, so she might have another one coming up if you have a problem. I鈥檝e called him at stupid times in the morning/night hoping to annoy him into giving me my full refund, though nothing seems to be working. If this stops even one person from going to him, I will be happy :). 14th May – car bought 13th June – part refund agreed (after weeks of pestering) 28th – June PART of the part refund was paid by him. DISGRACE.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy a car from this place. Geoff Morrissey absolute con man. Also trades under the name "first choice motors" offers you a car with a warranty, takes your deposit by bank transfer then keeps putting off delivery then never actually gives you the car and KEEPS YOUR DEPOSIT. That's the reason he asks for a bank transfer as it's then none recoverable by the bank. A lot of people will read bad reviews but then choose to give the person a chance Trust me on this one DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR GIVE ANY MONEY. Absolute disgrace basically stealing deposits.

Absolutely shocking customer service from 'Jack'. Bought the car in October 2017 and was assured he would be round the following day with the full service history of the car, paint to fill in scratches and the shelf for the boot. It is now April 2018 and I'm still waiting for this. Despite numerous phone calls and promises from him, he has still not done what was guaranteed upon payment. He also gave 3 months warranty on the car which he did not honor which has resulted in me paying out almost 拢400 in an attempt to make the car road safe. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS SELLER. I ignored the reviews as I thought people would only leave reviews if they had a bad experience but believe me THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER. The car I bought was described as fully working, bought it, drove the car home and EVERYTHING was wrong. I explained I wanted to car fixing so he picked it up to 'take it to get fixed' but he wasn't even fixing it. He refused to give my money back, he ignores you, makes every excuse under the sun to tell you he's sorting it (expect answers like: my son is at the hospital ETC) I had to go to the police/trading standards involved as he refused to give me 锟?000 back and took him a month and endless complaints for him to finally refund me. Read all his reviews on google search GNJ Car Sales – everyone has a bad experience!CHECK PAPERWORK, educate yourself on consumer rights act 2015, test drive the car/take someone with you who knows about cars.Please do not get involved, this man ruined my first time buying a car CON ARTIST !!!!

Tried to buy a car from Geoff on 29th May 2017 where I gave him a 拢200 dep for a Renault Scenic priced at 拢995.00.the Green form he gives to you as reassurance seems to not mean anything. He appeared so nice very accommodating bringing the car to the house to view, but from thereon it went down hill. As it failed its Mot and needed work doing to it as it was offered with a 3 month warranty and 12 month Mot this was the perfect car for us enabling me to take my family and my parents out with us, He was suppose to deliver the car on the 2 June 2017. We must of heard every excuse under the sun.as to why our car wasn't ready could not be delivered. He lied from day one about the Car used personal excuses as to why he couldn't contact us, I took him to Trading standards, to Rogue Traders on BBC Watch dog.. I would dearly like to take him to small claims Court but the addresses on his website are false, as Royal Mail registered letters were returned to me.
He has since put the same car up on autotrader for 拢2995.00 a whole 拢2000 more than it was originally offered for

Got a winding up order against the rip off artist

this man rips everyone he sees off, makes excuses and lies to suit his pocket, the cars he sells look ok but underneath are not. I bought a Nissan micra from him, one week later I had to scrap this car, the company refused to give me any kind of refund… poor service. just avoid at all costs. youll only regret it if you don't.

The worst experience ever of buying a second hand car, GNJ Car Sales, Liverpool you should be ashamed. Promises, promises but don't expect anything in return. Gives scousers a bad name
