Sent a parcel through DHL.They outsourced Gnewt.The parcel was for a pre 12pm.It didn't get scanned until 1pm.The idiot driver delivered the parcel at no:5.It should have gone to 15 which was a different post code.All he/she had to do was check the delivery address and on the dispatch label was the clients mobile.You shouldn't employ people with no brains or common sense.What an absolute shambles,(other adjectives come to mind).Pay peanuts get monkeys.

I was informed that I would be receiving a parcel between 8am – 6pm and I received a call from the driver to come downstairs (I live on the third floor) and it was 7:48 when I received this call. I was in the middle of work but I went downstairs and met with the driver.
He was about to drive away and I waved him down and he was immediately very aggressive toward me , telling me he was going to drive off because he was sick of waiting and 鈥榙oing me a favour鈥?br />
When I told him it was earlier than my delivery time and I was working he became even more angry and called me a 鈥榝***ing fat ugly b*****鈥?and sped off.
This is completely offensive and absolutely unacceptable.
The driver was delivering to the Hackney area.
I have made numerous complaints about GNEWT before about never bothering to deliver my packages (I鈥檝e personally seen the van pull up for two mins and drive away without even getting out of the van and this was before COVID 19)
Usually, they don鈥檛 call me but today the delivery guy did which I thought was positive. But my opinion soon changed when the manner and behaviour of the driver was so unprofessional I am still shocked that Gnewt has hired a person who swears and insults customers for collecting their parcel. I have contacted ASOS about this too as GNEWT have deleted their Twitter now.
Please stop using GNEWT, ASOS.

Literally waited home all day it鈥檚 QUARANTINE so early been home all day. Yet I still haven鈥檛 received parcel or any delivery. Absolutely disappointed they even lied about having tried to delivery when clearly they didn鈥檛. Called ASOS and was informed I wasn鈥檛 the only one with the same problem within the same hour NEVER USE ASOS UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEIR DELIVERY PARTNER!

waste of time, waste of space. Everyone is bloody home at the moment, and they still had the cheek to lie and say they tried to deliver the parcel and no one was home. They never came. what a waste of time, why do they need to lie about making deliveries… ?
Second email says they will try again, but didnt bother to specify when… what a waste of time. no phone number to contact them either. how so very strange. …

I am mortified…
Everytime I see that Gnewt will be delivering my Parcel I sit and hope they actually will. I have never had to feel this way about DPD or Hermes.Imagine they don't attempt a delivery and say they have anyway. No phone call to ask for alternative instructions too! Asos needs to do itself a favour and disassociate themselves with Gnewt because this is bull! If I had a chance to choose couriers with order Gnewt would never know where I live. Absolutely Abysmal, if you can, never use Gnewt.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their service has always been poor but now it's even worse. Was due to deliver my ASOS parcel last week, no sign despite an update saying it arrived at their depot. Since then radio silence from both Gnewt and ASOS. Eventually got a response saying it's been lost in transit and I'll need to take it up with ASOS. Why ASOS or any other company would choose to use these lot is beyond me. If you're a business owner looking for a delivery provider, please for the love of your customers – DON'T CHOOSE THESE GUYS!

They didn鈥檛 send my parcel the day it was supposed to be delivered. And then they sent my parcel back to where it was sent from (to ASOS) without notifying me or giving me an update?! They don鈥檛 even have a contact number for you to reach them on. They are the worst delivery company out there. Terrible service, terrible communication, and unreliable.

Lost Parcel. I've been waiting for an ASOS delivery for over five days, seems like the package got stuck at Gnewt depo. After contacting ASOS and Gnewt directly we finally managed to discover that my parcel is lost… The is no point to order from ASOS anymore as you will not receive your items and will spend hours trying to get a refund.

Absolutely shocking – they literally never give you live information about where your package is. So many missed ASOS orders and its getting really frustrating. ASOS needs to sort this out as they're rubbish.

Terrible service. Completely second guessing shopping with ASOS again. They used to be so reliable.
Asos have no idea what gnewt are doing, they say they have contacted them but will not hear within 48 hours. Great for next day delivery….
Gnewt鈥檚 tracking service is terrible. They need a contact number or live chat function.

wish I could give them zero. I got a message from ASOS saying I was receiving my parcel and I paid for next day delivery but no sign of the parcel. ASOS used to be so reliable for the last minute purchases. Really disappointed as I wouldn't have ordered from ASOS (and won't again) if I had realised they had become unreliable as it's just easier to go to the shop.

They鈥檙e bad. they ask you your for ur 鈥渟afe place options,鈥?yet don鈥檛 even deliver to the safe place that you write down. They just email saying 鈥渨e鈥檝e missed you, we鈥檒l try again the following day.鈥?br />
I have ordered from ASOS twice. The first time it took them four days to deliver because i was at university. This time it looks like they鈥檙e doing the same as they didn鈥檛 listen to my safe place options again.
Only good thing I would say about them is the fact that they come every next day when they don鈥檛 catch you at home. Other than that.. rubbish.
Update: today they didn鈥檛 even bother knocking on my door yet said they鈥檝e been here and i was at home all day

Honestly the worst delivery company in the UK. Never delivery packages and always say they can鈥檛 locate the building, no other company has ever had an issue with this. I even supplied my Mobile number to call, but they make no effort to contact what so ever. Would give 0 stars if I could, as at this point it鈥檚 just ridiculous as you鈥檙e given no delivery estimate so you have to wait in all day for your package to never arrive. ASOS needs to use a different company or they will lose all of their business, as they鈥檝e lost mine.

Ordered with ASOS (who always deliver to my address with DPD) – no communication received and apparently after lots of investigation work 鈥渃ouldn鈥檛 find address鈥? This is absolutely BS!
No call/text/email saying they couldn鈥檛 find the place and having had to log onto their system it showed conflicting messages 鈥渙ut for delivery鈥?/ 鈥渁t depot鈥?each day receiving a new message claiming that my item is out for delivery, and at the end of the day, again, no items! This was 10 days ago!
ASOS, awful excuse for a courier who either can鈥檛 be bothered or is plain lying and now I鈥檓 potentially left without an outfit for a wedding. Thanks a lot, ASOS customer of +10 years won鈥檛 be renewing.

I pay for premier delivery with Asos who unfortunately use this company sometimes for their next day delivery. My order has apparently been 鈥渁ttempted鈥?over the past two days yet I鈥檝e been waiting home both days!
Now Asos customer care have told me to waste another day waiting to see if my parcels arrive.
Asos please stick with DPD as this company lies and it is unfair that we pay for a service that you cannot deliver. Gnewt have no tracking system so there is no way of knowing that they鈥檝e actually attempted delivery.
I might not renew my premier delivery again!

I ordered two jackets from ASOS 1st time and paid extra money on top for next day delivery. On the tracking it said that driver attempted and was unable to gain access to the building , This is complete lie , i work in the reception of that building and no one came to deliver , I have CCTV evidence as well. I have gone thorough peoples reviews here and I think this needs to investigated as lots of people have paid NDD and the items never delivered Next Day , so this is a kind of scam.
Please try to avoid these scammers at any cost .I would like to report this to the relevant authorities to look into and save the world from these scammers …

I would rather jump off a building than have anything delivered by Gnewt again. Avoid at all costs!! They claim to have attempted multiple deliveries, but somehow forgot to knock or ring the doorbell at all (I was in all day waiting for the parcel).

My parcel still hasn鈥檛 turned up after 3 days, paid for NDD.
Looking at other people鈥檚 reviews I鈥檓 not the only one. Emailed customer service and she told me the driver left my parcel in the depot by accident!

The minute you see Gnewt as the courier you can never expect your order. Absolutely useless service, have no idea why ASOS use them. I have NDD, but it's been two days and my order is nowhere to be found.

GNewt 'attempted delivery' and then left my ASOS order in a 'safe place. Only problem is they did neither. My safe place had other retailers' orders but not my ASOS delivery. The communication with ASOS regarding GNewt is an endless circle from the third circle of hell and I'm starting to wonder why they switched from DPD for next day delivery. Even HERMES was never this bad.

Gave clear instructions on where to leave in a safe place. 3 days in a row they refused to try and just sais "attempted to deliver" and now my ASOS order has been returned to ASOS. Have never had problems with other couriers.
ASOS customer service were not apologetic or helpful at all.
Will not be ordering from ASOS or anyone who uses GNEWT again.
