I ordered 2 shirts from them on December 10th and they arrived before Christmas. Nice quality and helpful customer service when I asked for the estimated shipping time. Thankfully they got here with a few days to spare!

I got a pair of shoes and they were cheaply made and wide not worth $39.99.
I sent them back and she said they were dirty. I find that hard to believe since all they did was sit in my bedroom because they were too big for me.
Gnarly refuses to issue me a refund so I am disputing purchase thru paypal.

It takes 8 days for them to ship out your stuff then another 5 -8 days in the mail. The shirt is great and exactly what I wanted, but they should put more warnings on their site stating that it takes so long to make the shirts.

I too was duped into believing their false shipping dates. Two weeks later they said it was shipped but UPS said no it wasn't. Almost 3 weeks now and nothing. Missed Christmas by a mile. Wish I saw this site first. Stay away!

Ordered with promised delivery date, prior to Christmas. Immediately after receiving the order confirmation, received multiple advertisement emails. One sent days after my order, stated 14 days to Christmas, order now, implying all orders would be received before Christmas. A week prior to Xmas I emailed a request for the tracking and was informed it hadn't shipped yet and informed it takes 5-8 business days for the shirt to be printed (what I ordered indicated it was a sweater) and another 5-8 days for shipping. When I asked if they were still planning on delivery as stated in the original order, I received the same response with no direct yes or no. I started researching reviews and found the same issues by others, including ordering a sweater and receiving a sweatshirt. I sent a copy of their email showing they were soliciting ads and promising delivery before Christmas, and I cancelled my order, advising I was going to,file a complaint with PayPal. They immediately cancelled & refunded the next morning. Unfortunately messed up a great expected present which couldn't be purchased elsewhere in time.

Like I said, poor quality. Logo was off center and the fabric thin, not very soft. Love my Trump hair tho!

As most do, I found a promo code & it applied by reducing my cart total. After purchase was complete my 20% off promo vanished! I was charged full price! I contacted customer service & they'd only give me 10% off. I guess 20% was for 2nd purchase, my point being it shouldn't work on the cart then! Super misleading & no customer service points. I would be very careful if you think you've got a promo! Too bad, cute stuff…

Looks like they have some new staff now and saw my incident. With a sincere apology, they emailed me and have refunded my money.

I don't know why I have to give a star rating on an update.. While I appreciate that they eventually payed me back, I still can't recommend them.. But it's hopeful that they may be better in the future.
